Had problems with water runoff from the yard above mine that was killing my front yard. Also had old tree that needed to be removed. Mr. Martinez was very punctual and professional. He asked questions of my expectations and constantly kept me appraised of the job. He showed up when he said he was going to be there and completed all work to include clean-up of all of mess that came with this type of job. He even replaced a sprinkler head that the grinder hit with a better quality one. His men were respectful and courteous at all times. They only stopped for a lunch break and went right back to work. He oversaw and helped his men during the whole process from the tree being removed to the sod being laid. I had several other estimates for this job ranging from 7500.00 - 10,000. I'm glad I held out and got his estimate. The yard now looks like new again. I would most definitely hire him again.
