Shane and his crew did an amazing job correcting my leaking basement. When he quoted the job he gave me options and provided information for me to make an informed decision. He and his crew completed the work quickly with little disruption. Then he cleaned up and left our property in great condition.

I had a leak near a pipe in my basement wall. When I called Wet Seal they were very quick to respond and came out to give me and estimate. They explained everything so well and were polite and professional. I would highly recommend them. They fixed my basement and did an amazing job!

Shane and Crew (Wet Seal Waterproofing) finished their week long project on July 15, 2018. I got 4 estimates due to the reputation of this type of project. They won the bid. Every step of the process was explained before the project and during the stages of the project. They are professional and delivered on their promises. I waited a week to do this review to see if the work performed held up to the severe summer storms we have been having. No problem. It is dry as a bone in the basement and the crawl space. I highly recommend them.

Shane and his team; Carson, Ray, and Jason, did a a great job and were extremely courteous. They had to remove portions of my finished walls in the basement and made sure to cover the rest of the basement as to not cover it all in dust. They installed a drain in the floor that runs to the outside of my house. You can barely tell they dug up my yard. They replaced the grass to where it looks like they weren't even there! As a courteous, they also installed a downspout extension from my gutter that's near the basement to help keep it from draining near the house and hooked my already existing dehumidifier to their drain for continuous draining. No more emptying that thing for me! BTW, we have had several hard rains since the drain was installed and I am happy to report, NO WATER is in my basement! I would highly recommend Shane and his crew for your waterproofing needs and have already recommended them to a friend! Here are some pics from before and after.

Great. They did a great job!

I was extremely pleased from the beginning of the project to the end. Everyone was professional from the office, project manager, Shane, to the project team, Jason, Ray & Carson. They covered up the finished part of the basement to prevent messing it up. They installed a drainage system with a new sump pump & connected a dehumidifier to the sump pump for continuous drainage. They cleaned up the inside & outside and you can't tell they were there except for the great system installed that is working beautifully!

They showed up, did the work in a day, cleaned up, and followed-up.

Responsive and on time. They saw an additional needed repair and showed it to me so that was also taken care of. Work was done as outlined.

Wet Seal did a great job on our basement waterproofing for a good price. They cleaned up well and built the pump system so that it is barely noticeable.

Had a leak in my basement, Shane came, assessed the problem and recommended a solution to manage and fix the issue on hand. Shane was also the primary engineer and did an excellent job on time and within budget. Would definitely recommend.

Wet Seal arrived as scheduled and the project went very smoothly. The project manager walked me through the construction process before and during the project and gave me updates on their progress throughout. I was very happy with this company and the end result was outstanding! I also own a small construction company and am very picky. I would highly recommend Wet Seal!!!
