Description of Work: Ray came to the house & discussed the project. He contacted his workmen to do a through assessment with him. He listened, answered questions, and gave references for us to visit and view their work. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We would consider using them for a future project.

To me what makes a good company are the following variables: Fair Price Timeliness to deliver the project in the discussed period of time Delivering a quality service/product Reliability and Accountability if something goes wrong Westport has all of the above. We received several estimates to redo our deck. Westport's estimate came in at a fair price. They were very detailed and knowledgeable both about the safety as well as the structural integrity of the deck. All went smoothly from the tear down to the clean-up of materials. After the deck was complete and I was 100% satisfied with the deck we cut the final check. An unforeseen problem occurred with the esthetic of the deck after it rained as an unusual thing occurred with the custom size rails I wanted. Would you believe after every effort was used to fix the deck they REDID the deck for us? Wow. We are incredibly happy with their professionalism and delivery. With my husband working as a director for one of the biggest hardware companies in the World and me being a super detailed interior design junky it is not easy to please us to the level Westport did. Recently, my family and I were on the deck and I thought I need to write these guys a review because not every company has the follow-through they have!
