Our shower installers Henry and Von were very professional during installation, they arrived on time by 8 am and finished up by around 5 or 6(the exact time duration that was told to me on our consultation), they allowed us time before getting started to remove other items , they were super friendly and answered any questions we had in the upmost kindest and professional manner and the best part of their installation to me was that they respected my home by cleaning up the mess they had inside and outside. Even though I told them I would handle cleanup, they still swept up behind themselves, gathered their things and told us to enjoy and ever since that is what we have done, ENJOYED. Now the only thing we had an issue with is the shower rod was up a little high and the water would sort of run down the curtain and get onto the floor a bit. We opted to leaving our shower curtain on and not get the shower doors, but that was a super easy fix, all I had to do was give the company a call tell them my issue, set up an appointment to come bring the rod down and they did just that and my family and I have been enjoying our new shower stall for almost a month now and we love it, it's almost like a whole different bathroom. We did have to allow it 1 whole day to dry but that was fine. I love my new shower now. Thank you to West Shore Home!!

Everyone was very helpful and professional

My dad had a little spill in the tub so we Decided to replace it with a shower with a Small step up from the ground to make it easier for him to enter in. We also wanted him to have a seat and grab-bars. I am very pleased with what we got!!! It is very high-quality, and it seems very easy to maintain.. The shower-head moves over to the side where he would be sitting with is a very good Perk... The gentleman that came to install it Von, Rhedd, and Aaron did a outstanding job. They were very respectful of our house, kept the whole house clean while working And picked up everything after. They got everything done in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the whole experience!!

The workers David and Ian were the greatest!!!!!! They were courteous, explain everything thoroughly. They clean up everything. Never would have known they were there working.

Sean Garrett went beyond the call of duty. He was kind, polite, extremely informative and extremely thorough. He did an excellent job for us and we were so impressed with his workmanship. Sean definitely knows his business and does the best job ever. He left our place cleaner than he found it and definitely more user friendly for us. The best thing we can say about Sean is we were extremely blessed to have him do our installation. Thank you Sean.

We are overly excited about our new and updated install shower. Macon, Von and another gentleman did an outstanding job. They were on time, friendly and they completed everything within 6 1/2 hours. Everything was left spotless. Thanks for a job well done!

Sean G. and Alo were professional, on time, and patient. They answered all our questions no matter how small. They are kind and courteous. When they arrived, they set up the work site and began the transformation of our old, and ugly shower into something more beautiful and better fitting. They even helped move a piece of kitchen equipment we were having a problem with. Our first contact with Clarence who went through our options and showed us what was available and the price points was great. He is affable, courteous, and kind. We are both very pleased with our experience with West Shore.
