I have to say that west shore homes fully delivers on not only customer service but a beautiful well done quality job. I had my shower redone taking out my tub. It took 2 days and the crew was great. They cleaned up all debris and my shower looks and works great. It is exactly what we contracted and envisioned. I want to thank Casey, Marquis, and Tyler the guys who did our shower. They are amazing! Also John who is the sales rep. He went over all our options thoroughly and was so super friendly. We whole heartedly recommend this company if redoing your shower. The experience was perfect!!

Our installers, Shamaah and Jeff, were outstanding. Both were professional and detail oriented. They were also both quite personable and extremely polite. We would happily have them install for us again, and may very well do just that. We would also welcome them as guests to our home, for they were that amiable. Great representatives for this company!

Two crews came to do our two bathrooms. Macon and Jeff did the master bath, and E and Alex did the hall bath. Both crews arrived promptly and worked approximately 10 hours to finish the projects. All workers were extremely pleasant and professional. After completion, they called us up and went over everything that was done. Overall, we are pleased.

This experience was excellent. Von and Rhedd were very knowledgeable and courteous. They also talked me through anything that I didnt understand.
