Mathis, Nate, Ephraim, and Alex were on time. And they were very courteous, I recommend west shore to annoy who asks me because I believe they do a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves and they were able to finish two showers in one day. It is unfortunate that I had to wait 24 hours to use the shower but thatâ s just how it is.

Old fiberglass tub unit removed and replaced with a new walk-in shower unit. All done in 6 hours!

Will R and Frank did a fantastic job today with tearing out our very dated bath and shower and replacing a new one with a beautiful frame sliding door. They were friendly and very professional....and did the job in remarkable timing! This is our kids bathroom and we wanted to surprise them when they got home from school. Will and Frank worked hard to get the job done thoroughly and meet our deadline with plenty of time for a walk-through on how things worked!

The installer (Macon and Austin) installed our new walk-in shower today, they were very friendly, respectfully , hardworking and professional. Great customer service and communication throughout the project. Delivered on everything they promised. We have very high standards for work we have done for us, and they met the mark. We appreciate the peace of mind we have that we donâ t have to worry about our shower ever leaking again and that it will look good and be exactly what we wanted for years to come.

Kristina H and Josh W did an excellent job converting my tub to a walk-in shower! They cleaned up after the project was completed. Josh took the time to explain an issue that was found during the installation. The previous owners of my home had a leak near the commode and some of the flooring around the commode had begun to rot. Josh was able to repair the issue but explained to me that If I decide to have flooring installed to inform the technicians about the flooring that was repaired. Josh also took the time to explain how the shower product works and recommended the cleaning solutions that I should use going forward. Kristina provided awesome assistance! We also had a great conversation about West Shore Home! Great job!! Keep up the good work! I will be more than happy to refer West Shore Home to family and friends.
