Dana and Tyler were excellent at what they did. They let us know everything that they were doing. The shower is beautiful. When they left everything was spotless inside and. outside. I would recommend them to anyone to do a job for them. Thank you for such great workers.

I paid them to replace my shower and a window in the bathroom. they took my money and never came to do the job. They have not returned my phone calls for several weeks now.

After researching several other window companies, West Shore offered (not the lowest price and not the highest price) the best value for a very high quality product. The installers know their craft - clean up was remarkable. We had eleven windows installed and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the complete experience. We highly recommend West Shore.

My sales rep, Chris Parent, was fantastic. He was very patient, given that we have a toddler and an attention loving dog. Sat with us through a 4 hour planning session. The builders were great! Very professional and hard working. Got the project almost all done in 1 day (minor set back in the front door waiting on new trim). The guys did a great job and cleaned up after. The project even made my master bedroom windows bigger. My only downfall, I have spoken to several people after the fact, and it kind of sounds like I am paying way to much for my doors and windows. Live and learn I guess, but otherwise, I am very happy.

this was not an easy job and they spent two very long days installing even in to the evening to make sure that they got it done right

Needed a new rear entry system (frame, storm door, and door). Guys came out and upon install discovered what turned out to be a larger problem. Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place. Ralph and Tom were up front with me and recommended I not have the door installed until the water in my foundation was taken care of. Despite the headache of having just paid for a door and now learning that I would have to pay for a basement sump pump this was good advice and I appreciated Ralph and Tom's honesty. They could have just put the door on and I would have never know the difference. That right there gets 5-stars from me. Additionally, the instill was terrific, and the guys were very personable the entire time. Excellent work, job well done!!

They said they would install my windows before Thanksgiving, but they didn't install them until late December. They canceled on an install date last minute saying that the windows weren't done. On the day of the actual install, they showed up without any notice or warning. I had no idea they would be there that day. In the end my project was set back a month and a half because of these guys. The window install did go well though when it finally happened and the new windows look great. They were pretty expensive, but probably worth the money.
