Brandon and Braxton did a great job installing our new shower. One day service as promised. I changed my mine on the size of the pan after they arrived. I thought on dear they are going to have to reschedule but no Brandon was on the phone and had them bring the size I wanted and finished the job today. Couldn't ask for better service..

These Top-shelf and professional technicians, Reginald Greene and Chester Leckner V removed the old tub and installed a high-quality beautiful shower which tremendously upgraded our bathroom. What a Super job.

Wes, Tristan, Chase and Braxton did a great job installing our new shower. We absolutely love it! Plumbing was updated and electrical switches were moved. The whole process was easy and fast. Alicia was very knowledgeable and so patient with me. It all turned out great!

Our installers were an excellent team of JOSH W. and CODY R. and they very professional and knowledgeable of the product that they installed. Where as, the sales rep was new, 6 months in, and gave us some bad info regarding using our old fixtures, a shower head and sprayer that are fairly new, and the possibility of the install team installing a new garden tub that we might have purchased outside of Westshore. FYI: Westshore only installs their own products. Other than that, we love our new shower and the wall surrounding our garden tub.

Wonderful! Dann and Tyler arrived as scheduled; very professional and cheerful. Got right to work and protected my floors. Took out the old and brought in the new amazingly fast. It's beautiful and I feel like a movie star in my new walk-in shower! Thank you so much!

William, Joe, and Tyler were courteous, on time, and answered all our questions with knowledge and professionalism. they made sure we were comfortable with the operation of our door before they left. The company should be proud to have these young men as installers.

Consultant Bill Stiber was thorough and professional with planning the project. Good job by installers Reginald Greene and Chester Leckner.

The sales rep did his job, painted a pretty picture, neglected to mention the cons, but poured on the pros. Walked away with the down payment. The installer came w/an attitude, but alone, 12 -13 hrs. later he left, no payment made. Finally able to get down the hall once the cloth is removed (a walker on such is not advised) to see results...1 1/2 stripe exposed rafter/installation along the edge of an installed walk-in shower. Another Employee arrived the next day to replace the piece at the connection of the hose w/shower head to the wall. (piece looked no different) Asked was he to patch the exposed area by the edge of the shower. His comment we do not do tile work nor floors. Wants balance and leaves. There are other negatives added to this job by Installer. I would not - can not recommend this company.

The pair of West Shore Home installers, Reginald Greene and Chester Leckner V, arrived that morning with Covid-19 masks and were extremely courteous and respectful. They got about doing their jobs quite professionally, and by that afternoon, they were finished with that bathroom stall. The quality of it blew myself and husband away.

Our Experience was excellent from start to finish. Our Design Consultant - Bill Stiber did a wonderful job explaining the process and assisting with our design process. He was not pushy and did not come off as a Salesperson, but someone who understood our needs and concerns. We were so pleased with Bill, we did not feel the need to get additional quotes. The cost was reasonable for the process. Our install occurred quickly (within the week) and we had three professionals arrive right on time for installation day. Anthony B., Jacob B. and Joseph took care of removing the old tub and installing the new shower with all the extras within an eight hour time frame. We are extremely pleased with the shower and we are already looking into using West Shore for an additional bathroom. We are so pleased we went with them. We highly recommend.
