I l appreciated the fact that there was concern for my carpet and flooring. A protective runner was placed on all areas . MY installer Adam arrived on time and was very informative and answered all my questions. He completed his installation and did a wonderful cleanup. I highly recommend this company.

A great experience from beginning to completion of our shower replacement. Jarvis Holley came to our home for the initial design consultation. Chris Durland and Germain Luna were experienced and professional. The quality of their work was exceptional. The finished project is absolutely beautiful!

Joshua and Jacob did great work on the installation of our bath tub and shower 5 star service

I had the pleasure of having two (2) very professional and courteous young men (Adam H and John M) in my home to install a new shower in my basement. They were both very friendly and explained everything that I asked of them. My shower looks GREAT!!! They also made sure that the room was clean and all tools , etc., were removed before leaving the premises. I give both of these young men 5 STARS!!!!

Joshua and Jacob were very friendly and efficient. They arrived early and went straight to work. They did an outstanding job installing my new shower stall. They asked me about where I would like the shelves, grab bars and hand held shower installed instead of just installing them. I love my new shower stall!!! I highly recommend West Shore Home.

Installers Reginald Greene and Chester Lecknerv did an excellent job. Arrived on time, completed the job while keeping me updated on their progress and thoroughly cleaned the premises when the job was completed. Austin Casteel was the installer. I give him 5 STARS just for the job he did. On-time, friendly, competent, confident, easy to work with, cleaned up after himself, what more could you ask for with a contractor/employee. Alex was great in putting this package together, and major KUDOS go out to BJ, just for putting this all together, and letting us know on TV!

The two guys they had to come out, Joshua and Jacob were awesome. They came up with a better design and idea than the sales rep and when they finished it was amazing how well it look. I was very impress and have to commend them on their outstanding work.

I couldn't be more pleased the entire and i mean entire process was friendly, professional, and expedient. I saw an add on Instagram and responded. The sales rep....Ryan came out gave a wonderful presentation, signed me up got me financed and within 2 weeks, my installers reginald G. And Chester came out exactly on time. They were through and friendly respectful of house and neighbors. Finished same day as promised and if i didn't see the horrible bathroom before i would have sworn it was a new build in a new house. Showroom quality. I have already begun planning my next renovation and westshore and hopefully ryan, Reginald, and Chester will be the individuals helping me with it. Highest Possible Recommendation.

WOW, we were overwhelmed by the work Tyler and his crews did and the finished products were just fantastic. Tyler and the gang actually showed up about a half hour to an hour before their scheduled time which by me was fantastic. We had 2 showers put in, one was a tub/shower combo turned into a walk in shower only. The other was just a walk in shower replacement. We were totally blown away from the meeting with our salesman David Hawkins to the work of Tyler and his crews, then finally the finished products were amazing. Thanks West Shore Homes, David, Tyler and the gang for a GREAT job. Taking showers now will never be the same, we may even take more now :) :)
