we had our tub removed and had a walk in shower installed Jimmy S and Cody M did a great job and had it installed in one day they never stopped all day until they were done we are very pleased with the job

Thank you West Shore Home!!! Angie Hunter came out late one evening because our rep. was not able to come so Angie gladly came and sold us a shower! Mike A. and David came out and worked for two (2) days and left us a beautiful walk in shower. Those 2 men are very polite, hard working and they did exactly what they promised. You just don't find a business like this anymore! We will give recommendations to all we know!!! Like I said....great people. And great job!!!

The 2 men did a wonderful job installing our bathroom shower. Their names; Adam H and John M. Yhey explained everything and cleaned up all mess. We are well pleased

Excellent job on bathrooms. Some issues with plaster falling in adjacent rooms.

It was a bit pricey but well worth it. Very happy with the installers Anthony, Brice, and Scott. They were very professional and did an awesome job. Did a great clean up afterward.

The installers were very courteous and professional. It wasnâ t completed in one day because they found a drain issue that they wanted the plumbing inspector to address before completing the installation. The project turned out perfect and was a dream come true. Thank you Kyle, Justin, Darrell, and the plumbing inspector for a job well done.

Anthony Berrony, Scott and Brice did an excellent instillation of a shower in place of our old bathtub. Anthony gave helpful information at the beginning, middle and end of the project. They were very pleasant and efficient workers. Could not asked for better service.

Joshua, Jacob and Tyler were excellent. They got here on time and started promptly. They were all friendly, courteous, and professional at the same time. They kept me informed as the project progressed and got my input and opinion every step of the way. They did an excellent job and cleaned up like they were not even here. I would recommend them and West Shore to others. I must mention Austin who was my sales person, he did a great job explaining the product and followed up when needed.

Our tub/shower remodeling finished up very well. Sales Rep Alicia and Installers Kevin and Hunter from the second crew were definitely 5 star. There were problems at the start of the job. Jackie from Scheduling kept trying to argue about a date to schedule this job before we were ready. The first install crew arrived not wearing masks. We asked them twice to put on masks. They continued to work without masks. We called Alicia who contacted a manager for us. The installers were asked to leave. We received a call from a manager later to apologize and schedule a crew to finish installation next day. This resulted in a very satisfactory project.

Amazing job on a tub to shower conversion! Very professional, was on time, cleaned up as they worked, kept me updated throughout the process. Review all accessories with me, when job was completed. Joshua and Jacob were excellent! Eric also did an excellent job explains the features and made the purchase very easy! Amazing company!

West shore Home installed a new shower in our Master Bedroom. Our initial contact was with Marcus S. He was the salesperson. Very personable and knowledgeable. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. Start to finish was about 2 1/2 weeks. Our installers, Cristian H and Jake were awesome. They worked all day and by 4pm we had a beautiful new shower. I can't say enough about the professionalism that they all exhibited. Thank you West Shore. I highly recommend this company
