Christian H and Jake were friendly, professional and did an excellent job replacing our old shower. It took them about 9 hours to do the work. Our old shower had a 9" to 10" threshold to step over which was difficult for my wife who has MS. We now have a very nice looking shower, with a 2" to 2 1/2" threshold. She couldn't be happier!

The removal of the old tub and install of the walkin shower was done in a clean and orderly safe fashion Earl Vereen and Corey Hemingway were wonderful crew leaders. West Shore homes has profesional and skilled people.

Design Consultant Kyle Baynes did a good job of showing us the various options for replacing the tub and shower in our master bath. He did lots of pictures with measurements and documented our requirements. He said it would take one to two days since we were having both replaced. They scheduled the update for 3 weeks later and called few days before install moving up start date by a day. Anthony, Brice, and Tyler arrive in the morning of the new install day and completed installation in one day. All the employees were professional and the new tub and shower are great.

West Shore Home preformed a tub to shower conversion on my 26 year old house. From the salesman, Clayton Kunkle to the installers, Reginald Green and Chester Leckneck, I was very impressed by the professionalism of these employees. The quality of the install was excellent, they explained everything they were going to do in detail and completed the job in about 6 hours. They took great care to clean up the work area and explained everything, (like the life time warranty) to me after the work was done. My wife was very happy with the results. The installers Anthony (Todd) and Brice were the very best. They were organized, neat, and experts at what they did. Todd was in as expected and completed sooner than I expected. They left the house clean and the work was excellent. I had my neighbors come by to see it as I was very impressed with the level of work. It was the highest cost of all other quotes but definitely worth the money. Definitely request Anthony (Todd) and Brice. Tell them Marlene sent you. Thanks for such a beautiful bathroom. Installers Joshua P., Scott, Josh, and Cody R., were the best. They were professional, arrived on time, and did a very thorough clean-up job. The finished renovation was better than I expected. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and recommend the company to friends and family.

I want to thank West Shore Home for my Shower Reno. I was sick of seeing and constantly cleaning my shower to continuously still look like it did. I had years of deterioration from the fiberglass shower put in when the house was built, in 1990. I want to Thank my Design Consultant Clayton K. and Cody B. and Joe H. for the install. I love my new shower!!!
