We needed our shower repaired or replaced. Water had gotten behind the tile wall and the wall was starting to bow. We also needed a new shower fixture, as ours would not shut off. We did not know what we would be getting into, but we wanted someone who could handle whatever problems we found. David Huenergardt, our sales rep, was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. He listened; looked at the situation; agreed that there might be a mold/mildew problem behind the wall; and considered our whole situation, including our ages, my husband's disability from severe RA, and our desire to sell our home in the near future. He assured us that his company would take care of any situation they experienced, that everything would be repaired or replaced, that the area would be cleaned and treated for mildew and that the new products were mildew resistant, that there would be no hidden or add-on charges, that the work would be done in one day, and that the workers would be careful and clean up afterwards. Everything he said was true. In one day we had a safe, beautiful, new shower, the installers, Anthony (Todd) Berrong and Brice Mercier, were precise, professional, careful, and clean, and the whole area from front door to shower was left swept-clean.

They were on time and professional. They completed the job in one day! We are very pleased with the work they (Austin C., Cody R., and Jack M.) did. Our shower is awesome! We plan to get the other bathroom done in a few months and we will certainly use West Shore Home.

William Duncan and Eric Dixson did an outstanding job installing our Front Door. They were courteous, knowledgeable and my wife and I were very pleased with how the Door looked after completion. All debris was cleaned up and they were very professional. Awesome Job!

We are extremely happy with our front door installation. The installers, Ian and Sham, were on time, very professional and cleaned up all debris. This was definitely worth the investment as it has made a huge difference aesthetically, but more importantly energy efficient.

The Installers, Billy McLawhorn and Joe were prompt and very knowledgeable. These men did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the results. We are amazed at the amount of work they completed in just 2 days. They are truly hard workers. We will contact West Shore Home again in Greenville NC. Thank you!
