+ -1 moreI recently changed from Directv to Dish with Vitallink Satellite. I was more than satisfied with Dish. I did more than Directv with clearer picture and more options. Courtney came out for the installation and as happy as I am with Dish, Courtney exceeded all my expectations for the installation. He has a friendly professional manner and great work ethic and skill set. The installation required moving the dish and running new cables, which Courtney did a superior job and cleaned up everything before he left. He also spent time insuring all TV’s were working and gave instructions on how to use the features. I highly recommend Vitallink Satellite and Courtney Domville.

+ -1 moreWell...after calling another service on AL (can't say who but 'Pro' and 'Sat' is in their name)...after no call back after 3 days, I called Vital Link, and Courtney worked me in to his schedule. He worked very hard and even with typical satellite receiver problems, stuck to it until it all worked, and all was good. Good guy and I would recommend him and his company heartily.

+ -1 moreCourtney came out and was very professional and knowledgeable (he even helped us mount our flat-panel). He came out a couple times to help with my satellite side of our home theater set-up. When we had some reception problems a couple months later, he came out and installed a new dish. We've been very pleased with his customer service skills.
Description of Work: We uncovered the horrors of our area cable price-gouging. We had just finished with the new construction and needed the whole ball of wax. The installation was free with an 18 month contract.
