The pace was hysterically fast pace concerning us of increase possibility of accident. Moving large solid wood master bedroom the mirror frame was broken. The workers tried to repair themselves with screws and totally destroyed frame which cannot be repaired. There is no way to match this item back to bedroom suite, substitute will have to be found. Contacted business constantly since March 19, 2017 and had 1 appointment for company to see mirror BUT calls rarely returned and no one showed for appointment. This company does not stand behind their work or insurance claims. My experience was small but could have been an expensive loss to someone else.

They did help with packing some of the more delicate and specialized pieces- our piano, some paintings; ect. Everything went really well, and they did great. I've used the company twice before, and have always had good work. This is the first time we've done a move longer than local move; and they were great helping us move our extra stuff into a storage facility.

The movers were 2 hours late. Agreed to the initial job, then didn't complete what was agreed upon. During the move, the movers used profanity in front of my 10 year old, expressing there anger with the company. Threw my boxes on the truck, They damaged so many things, I've given up counting. Including my washing machine (cost 300 to repair) and the legs of my brass bed. The owner came out during the move and attempted to make things right. Although he repaired one of the damaged tables himself and offered a very sincere apology. It's been a couple of months, I'm still finding broken items in the boxes that I'm still unpacking. Initially, I was given back a total 600, which unfortunately does not cover all of my loss. The owner promised to improve his companies services and at first, I was willing to try them again, however as I keep finding broken items, another chance is out of the question. I'm sure that I could call the owner and he would come back to my home again to hear my on going issues, however the last time he was in my home I was in tears about the experience. I don't ever want to deal with this company again.

Two men (I believe their names were Calvin and Mike) called about 20 minutes before scheduled arrival time to tell me they should arrive right on time, and they did. I have had bad mover and good movers; I have moved about 8 times, sometimes cross-country, sometimes locally-- these were good movers! They were punctual, very professional, courteous, really careful with my stuff, had all the gear they needed, and there wasn't any drama about heavy pieces. It was a hot, humid day, but they were moving all the time, no lolly-gagging. I overheard Calvin tell his contact on the phone (once the move was finished and he was checking in with homebase), that he gave me a half-hour free cause they had to wait on the elevator several times in my apt. complex. They were great, and had great attitudes. My Two Men and A Truck movers were from the Zonolite Rd. location, off of Briarcliff Rd.

This wasn't the first time I'd used them. They show up on time and are courteous. I paid for them to help my daughter move as well. We've always used them because they've been great -- even though we've had complicated moves. I was very satisfied with them and have never had a problem.

We were very impressed with this crew! Having had a bad experience with a moving company in years past, we were apprehensive about everything going well. The crew arrived on time, and they were very polite and friendly and did their work expediently. They moved our furniture with great care, wrapping everything in blankets to keep it safe. Our move was only 30 miles one way. Even so, a job that was estimated to take 9-12 hours only took 7, because they were so efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needed a local or long distance move. They were amazing!

They were great, the guys were great, they showed up on time. It took a lot longer than expected, but it was because we had a lot more stuff than expected. They were professional and courteous. I only had one problem and ndash; part of my metal bed frame is missing. They tried to locate it without luck. When they couldn't find it though, they said to replace it and keep the receipt for reimbursement. I'm supposed to hear from the manager today. I couldn't speak more highly of their service.

I would recommend them to other people. Overall, I rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

The tore up my front steps that had just been built. The driver drove off without allowing the workers to put the ramps up. They fixed it. I will not use them again. They broke an armoire.

First, they showed a half hour later than the latest time in their estimated window (8:30-9:00). They started out okay but they used our living room couch cover to wrap around our TV instead of using one of their many furniture covers in their truck. The couch cover they used was almost ruined with dust and stains. They continued along without any other problems when my wife saw t one of the movers go upstairs after bringing kitchen appliances inside. They had already moved everything upstairs and my wife thought he must be going up to use the bathroom. She followed about ten seconds behind him and found him in OUR BEDROOM GOING THROUGH HER JEWELRY CHEST!! We had personally moved everything into our bedroom days before and kept the room shut with our cats inside. There was absolutely nothing to "move" and no reason for him to be in our bedroom period. When she confronted him he said "I was just looking out the window." (he passed five perfectly good windows to get to the jewelry box). He denied any theft or wrong doing. My wife backed off out of fear and was too afraid of retaliation or vandalism to report to his employer or the police. She is still afraid which is why I didn't put the exact date of the incident. The other gentleman did a fine job with no specific complaints other than the lazy couch cover issue. All we did to show our outrage was to withhold tipping. We are reluctant to ever hire strangers for anything after this fiasco and strongly urge anyone who needs movers to beware of this company.

Incredibly overpriced!! the truck "couldn't come up my driveway" which is almost flat and thereby extended the move by approximately 3 hours and got us stuck in traffic for another hour thereby resulting in over $500 of unnecessary expense. After several attempts to negotiate with the supervisor I was given no break.

We signed up on their website, which asked for the background information. They called us to confirm and check some details and we scheduled over the phone. They emailed a packet with the details and some helpful brocures. They called two days before the scheduled move to re-confirm and remind us of the scheduled time, between 8:30 and 9 am. On the day of the move, they called to report that they were short handed and would be running late. When they still hadn't arrived at 10 am, I called the office and spoke to the office manager, who said that someone would call me back shortly with an estimated time. I called back at 10:30 am and talked to the office manager again, and she put Duane on the phone who said that someone was on the way and should be there in 20-30 minutes. About 25 minutes later, Duane showed up with the truck and started the walk-thru and paperwork. He said that the movers whould be there shortly and time wouldn't start until they arrived. The movers arrived about 10 minutes later and started packing eveything. Once the move started, everything went very well. The movers were careful with our stuff, and respected our concerns and specific requests for how certain things were handled and were very courteous. Once the townhouse was all loaded, we went about 2 miles away to our storage unit and loaded all the stuff from the 10x10 unit. Then they brought everything to our new house. They asked for one of us to stay at the truck and direct what room everything was going in. They moved everything to the rooms we indicated and placed the furniture where we asked, so that we didn't have to move everything around once they were done. All in all, the movers were great to work with and treated our stuff well and worked with any of our concerns. We haven't discovered any damage or missing items. The only complaint is with the scheduling and the fact that the office could have done a better job keeping us informed.

Excellent movers. From planning to moving, each person we dealt with are pros! Jessica Ivey helped tremendously with setup and follow-up. Led by James Brumbelow, the 6-men crew worked together very well, loading and unloading 2 trucks, up and down stairs with both delicate and heavy furniture. They moved our stuff better than we did it ourselves! Thanks James, AJ, George, Antonio, Andrew, Keith and Jessica. There's also Billy who checked on our progress twice during the move to ensure things done properly. Lesson learned: 1) Plan well and tell the coordinator everything. What you gave them may not show up on the mover's list correctly, but at least the quote is right and no surprise! 2) Box up your stuff for easy pickup 3) Move the important items first when movers are less tired and wrap the items better 4) Take care of your crew with food/drinks and good tips so they take care of your stuff!

I called to schedule a Saturday move and was greeted nicely on the phone. I asked for a Saturday morning time frame which I got. They called to confirm on Thursday that they would be there between 8-9 A.M. At 8:15 they called to advise me the truck had a maintenance issue and could I reschedule for 12-1 P.M. I am selling my house and an agent was showing it between 12-1 P.M so I told them no. I was offered a 10% discount. I refused because they were throwing my entire schedule off track and I could not have them there while the house was being shown. I initially rescheduled for Sunday morning (with the 10% discount) but called back later (twice) to just cancel the move. I called twice because the first call ended up in voice mail and I did not get a call back. I unloaded one "POD" on Saturday, picked up a previously scheduled rental truck on Sunday to empty the self storage, unloaded the truck and the 2nd "POD" myself. And I had only planned to move the breakable stuff myself.

It went excellently. The move was concluded in 3 hours; including 45 minutes of travel time. The team was courteous, efficient, helpful with suggestions and, all in all, just a pleasure to be around. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

This was almost flawless. The only exception is that they did not call before arriving. But, they called two days before to confirm, and I knew it was going to be an afternoon move.

As advertised, two men showed up with a truck...hmm! They were on time and got the job done quickly. They didn't damage anything, even the heavy awkward stuff. That's about all you can really ask of your movers, right? The only issue I had was that I ended up paying for a 15 minute smoke break for a three hour job. Not a huge deal, but we non-smokers don't care to tap our feet and check our watches while the smokers are on the clock.

Arrived somewhat later than promised. Flexible in making a second stop to pick up bedding. Considerate crew, worked quickly. Only minor damage to moved items.

The team of movers we received was very good. It was extremely hot on the day of our move. They worked hard for us, and stuck it out on a very stressful day for our family. I was very appreciative. They accidentally forgot a rug of ours on the truck. We called after a couple of days, as soon as we realized it was missing. They delivered it the next day.
