Brian did a fine job, but I was not comfortable having chemicals sprayed around my husband (a vet) or the little grandchildren. I know they are supposedly harmless, but I preferred to cancel the service to be on the safe side.
Description of Work: Checked for insects, rodents, snakes on my property, sprayed the exterior of my home and checked the two rodent traps he installed. This inspection/treatment was conducted once a month for 2 years. He also came when I called him to remove wasp nests outside and an ant invasion in my kitchen.

Terrible, the service tech Antony came out same day as called stated he could find and remove the rats, place poison out to address any new rats, treat with deodorizer to remove the smell and even fix the drywall that needed to be removed to gain access to the animals. Hired on 14 May and as of 18 July the house still stinks of dead rats smell, and I'm convinced there are still more dead animals yet to be found. Was out of town for about a week, when I returned, the smell is worse, and a bunch of dead flys are in the room thats the source of the problem. Obviously there is still something to be found if the bugs are planting there larve in the carcasess. Tru-Tech insists they'v found all the dead animals and all thats needed is some additional deodorizer. The smell is so bad in the room you walk in there without wanting to throw-up! Bottom line is they spent time trying to find the animals, they couldn't, and know aren't willing to put in the time to get the job done. Tru-Tech only cares about the money, not helping you fix a problem. They try to get you to sign up for yearly treatment plans, additional poison, other services you don't need. I paid them over $800, which I regret and they've failed to return my phone calls a=or follow up on the pro work they've done. GO ELSEWHERE, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT WON;T DELIVER ON GETTING THE JOB DONE.
Description of Work: Hired Tru-Tech to find, remove dead rats which got into our walls and died. The smell of these dead rats was in the house and getting worse.

They inspected the attic where we had been hearing animal noises. They weren't able to find anything at that point and it was difficult to set a trap in the attic so they decided to block off the vents underneath the eaves of our roof. It took a couple of days to put the screens up which was completed this week. We haven't had any problems since then.
Description of Work: We hired TruTeach to inspect our roof for animals.

We went through several other pest control services, including a national chain, to eliminate a rat problem on our property. After almost a year without success, we turned to TruTech. Their technician was a biologist and understood the pest we were dealing with. They completely sealed our residence. When we continued to have rat problems, they used a camera to look under the tub in the master bath and discovered an opening where the rats were coming in. They sealed the opening, contracted to remove the old attic insulation, sanitized and installed new insulation. They were always on time - called to follow up, and worked hard to resolve our problem. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Sealed all openings to the house, removed old attic insulation which the rats had nested in, sanitized and had new insulation installed.

We have a lot of trees here and we were having a large drought so the tree rats came in. He found the source of the problem and fixed it. He was able to identify the animal by the scent. He gave great advice. Brian is great and this is the first winter that we haven't had any critters.

I've been battling mice in the walls of my home since about August and Chris with TruTech has worked tirelessly to control the problem. It was a long process of trial and error, but Chris came out about twice a week and finally determined the problem was mice, not rats as first thought. He secured one of the areas where he thought they were gaining entry into the house and made some recommendations on to keep them out. Throughout the process, I gained quite an education and couldn't be more pleased with how he handled the problem. The cost was a little expensive; however, TruTech sticks with you until the problem is resolved and there are no hidden return fees or trapping fees, like other companies charge.

We had a raccoon family in our attic for at least five months and we tried everything we were told to do to "run them off" such as ammonia-soaked towels, loud radio, cayenne pepper, etc. An animal removal company on Angie's List came out and set traps but did it very unprofessionally and caught nothing. Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation tried desperately to find them but couldn't. Finally, on June 23 my husband trapped what we thought was the only raccoon up there and had an animal removal company recommended by a friend come take it to a ranch and release it. (We would have preferred to have released it here on our property but it had torn out five aluminum air vents over the months and we knew it would not give up getting back in.) When the company returned our trap, they told us the raccoon had been a nursing mother! Any compassionate person would have returned her to her babies but instead they left her babies orphaned in our attic. Wildlife Rescue tried again and again to find the babies but they never came out during the day and instead hid in deep, insulation-filled eaves. We called another company recommended on Angies List and they didn't even want to try to find the babies. By the time we gave up on the other companies and found Trutech online, the babies had had no food for six days and probably wouldn't have lived much longer. But when we talked to Chris, the Trutech wildlife specialist, he offered to come out that night and try to capture them. We were very impressed that he was that determined to save the babies. He did come that night and he was able to snare one of the babies right away. Two days later, he came back and when he couldn't find the second baby, he set a trap with special milk for orphaned baby animals. That night when we heard the baby moving around, Chris came back (at 11 p.m.!) and while he was here the baby went into the trap. Chris has a degree in wildlife management. and knows what he's doing AND is very, very persistent in getting the job done and done right.
Description of Work: A Trutech wildlife specialist did what every other company told us was impossible to do: rescue two starving, orphaned baby raccoons from our attic, which is a jungle of AC ductwork, insulation, electrical wiring, and countless deep eaves where they had been hiding for months with their mother. Oh, and there's no flooring...just studs to balance on. And it's unbelievably hot. By the time we found Trutech, the babies had had no food for six days. Chris, the Trutech technician, offered to come that night at 9 p.m. (because that's when the babies would come out of hiding and move around) and try to find and capture them. He came as promised and within minutes had caught one of the babies! Two nights later, he was able to trap the other baby by baiting a trap with special milk for animal babies. Turned out they hadn't been weaned so they hadn't shown any interest in the cat food and dog food everyone had told us to use. So Chris had done "the impossible" and saved both babies. He's coming back this week to clean up the mess the babies and their mom had made over the months, redistribute the insulation the raccoons had used for their many nests, and spray for parasites.
