+ -1 moreThe repair services your company has provided on previous occasions proved to be excellent in every way. The information and advise given on my current roof issue is very much appreciated. The current issue Is on a town house I own and was created by another vendor selected by the HOA and beyond my control. Tower Roofing Inc would have been my choice.
Description of Work: Repair leaky 20+ year old roof NOT installed by Tower. TOWNHOUSE HOA paid the invoice so the amount below was entered simply to complete the review. Certain that the HOA HAD A VERY COMPETETIVE PRICE.

+ -1 moreTower installed the flashing and caulked around it, but this was not the appropriate solution for my problem, as I've since learned. Tower assured me, despite offering no guarantee, that the flashing would stop the leak and was the obvious and first choice of remedy. I've since learned from a flat roofing specialist that this was not the case. Tower sold me an inappropriate remedy based on what I assume was their best guess. At any rate I was out $700 and in the same situation I started in.
Description of Work: Water was leaking from my roof area down to a specific window in my 2nd floor guest bedroom, where it was seeping in and causing damage. Tower came out for an assessment and offered to install flashing around the roof as a remedy. The work was not guaranteed up front.

+ -1 moreTower Roofing was excellent from beginning to end. They were able to fix roof problems that other roofing companies were not able to fix. I am so glad that I found them and there was no question that I would pick them to do my new roof. In Roofing you definitely get what you pay for! Don't make the mistake and go with the cheapest "fly by night" company. I would definitely reccomend Tower Roofing to friends and family.
Description of Work: Tower Roofing has done roof repairs and eventually replaced my roof when the time came for a new one.

+ -1 moreThey are a pretty big outfit. They were very responsive, high quality and thorough. Their price is a little high but you get what you pay for. I like everything about them. They are great guys. They do a heck of a job and roofing is a tough business. They are a little high in price.
Description of Work: Tower Roofing does roofing jobs for our neighborhood. They are going to be doing some roofing and siding in our home this week if the rain stops. They came out to give me an estimate last week.

+ -1 moreSTAY AWAY from Tower Roofing!! They were no shows the first three time frames they set up. The estimate provided is a range yet after the work is done & the generic invoice is sent, you still don't get any detail on what was actually done & the breakdown of costs. You can talk to the owner, Greg Howell, until you are blue in the face and won't get any details from them."It's not how we do our invoices". The company isn't even capable of sending the invoices to the right address. From beginning to end it was a nightmare dealing with these incompetent idiots. Find another trustworthy roofing company and save yourself a LOT of follow up & frustration on your part.
Description of Work: Leak from the roof over the master bathroom caused water damage.
