Kiona was a perfecr hire. She confirmed the appointment the day before. Sent a reminder text this morning to verify the time. She texted me aain with a time of arrival and then came prepared. She was very professional upon arrival. She let me know how she usually worka and then she steadily worked until the job is done. I was working while she worked and she was not on the phone the entire time she worked, not at all. I will definitely hire her again next month.

Whenever I asked that she go back to correct, she did it without hesitation. She is truly a thorough cleaner with lots of attention to detail. I will be using her services ongoing on a bi-weekly basis.
