+ -1 moreThey don't tie large trees and bring them down carefully instead they cut the trees at the ground and let them fall where they land with total disregard to personal property around.
Description of Work: They trimmed and removed trees. They destroyed my mailbox and post. They assurred me they would be back that afternoon or the next morning to replace the mailbox and post. They never came back. They won't answer or return my calls for over a week.

+ -1 moreThe workers did a good job but did not complete the trimming of one tree. The job was finished as it was turning dark so I didn't have a good view of the incomplete trimming. I contacted Mr. Rice twice. Job remains incomplete.
Description of Work: Removal of 4 trees and trimming of several others.
