John removed some old tile flooring in my downstairs hallway and sunroom - and replaced it with new tile. He is a true craftsman and does absolutely beautiful work. He cleans as he goes and is very precise. I would definitely hire a John again. Thank you!

John was excellent in every step of the process. Responded quickly with a very competitive bid. Easy to communicate with and gave good suggestions about tile options and grout color. He installed 2 backsplashes (kitchen and bar area) and a bathroom floor. He also did repairs on a 20-year-old bathroom floor. All the work exceeded my expectations, especially on an awkward (outside) corner on the kitchen backsplash. He takes pride in his work and was meticulous in the installation and thoroughly cleaned up each day. He was very kind with our 2 big dogs and ensured that we put them in a different room so that they did not step on any pieces of glass during the glass tile demolition. We are very happy with the results and would HIGHLY recommend John as a tile professional.

John was the perfect partner to work with on the tile portion of our bathroom remodel. He was thorough, transparent about the work needing to be done, and had constant communication throughout the process. John was always clear about what needed to be done especially as we continued to remove existing tile and flooring. He was organized with any additional items needed to be purchased, discussed with me, and provided receipts. He kept an extremely clean work area during the entire process. He worked with us on our time constraint and was done before we needed to be. The final product looks great, he really takes his time and makes sure it is done right the first time. I would highly recommend John, and will be using him again in the future.

John just completed work on our large master bathroom renovation and we couldn’t be happier. He is a true craftsman at a time when there are very few left. He really cares about how the finished product looks and takes great care to make it perfect. He even went out of his way to help me return some excess tile that we had left over from a previous contractor. We will use him on any future projects!

Mr. Perry came out and priced my job. We exchanged emails a couple of times right after he sent me his quote and he seemed very responsive. I was excited and thought I would probably hire him. I had a couple of further questions, and made 3 attempts to reach him via different methods (direct email, Angie's List message, and a voice mail) with no reply to any of them. In this current "COVID" era, you never know what people are going through, but I have been completely ghosted. It has been 8 days since my 3rd attempt to reach him and I have not received a reply.

The project went fantastic. John is a professional in every way. He demoed and disposed of the existing tile and cleaned up after each day. This includes surgically removing the tile that surrounded a stone arch. After demo, John installed new backer board to support the new tile. Our new backsplash is honed marble including an intricate, delicate mosaic inside the arch. John figured out how to install the tile inside the arch. He was patient, focused and professional in every way. From estimate to project completion, John is a pro. We would definitely use him again.

John did an excellent job on the bathroom tile floors, walls, and niche as well as the kitchen backsplash. He is very detailed oriented and verified key points with me such as tile direction, pattern, and specifically where the tile would start and finish. John' s work is excellent. I hired him to retile a shower, tub surround and bathroom floor. I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out. He is very detail oriented and easy to work with. Also, his price was very reasonable. I will be hiring him again when it is time to update my other bathroom.

We renovated our master bathroom and hired John Perry to tile the floor. His estimate was the best of the three companies we looked at and considering the size of the job, very reasonable. The room is oddly shaped and the tile and cement board required many cuts. John is a hard worker and very professional. The job took 2 days to complete and the result is nothing short of perfect. John is very personable and good to work with. I recommend him highly and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

John was great! He informed me of a valve that was damaged for the shower, im selling my house and he informed me if I didn't get it fixed it would effect the inspection and my pocket, and waited for me to get a plumber out and get it fixed. He did a amazing job with the tile and went out of his way to get the grout color i wanted, when it was hard to find.

Mr. Perry was very prompt with his initial estimate and very reasonable for the amount of labor. His work is very professional. He is organized and cleans up the site when finished. Beautiful workmanship. I would definitely hire him again on future projects.
