Came on time and finished the job when he said he would.

A true professional who I would use again and again. He even kept otehr residients in the building happy who had concerns about the noise.

Work was excellent and cabinets were able to be installed because of his work. All marble installed was level and excellently done. When he worked on the backsplash he was totally particular about each piece of tumbled marble and where, exactly, he felt it should go in relation to the other pieces. All of the accent pieces were placed in perfect symmetry. John Perry has an eye for detail and balance - quite artistic. My husband and I were delighted with his work. If he said he would be there on a particular day and at a particular time - within 1/2 hour he was at our home. The fee for his work, we felt, was very fair and reasonable. John came the day after we called him to evaluate the job and even cut his vacation short by one day so he could fit us into his very busy schedule. I would hire him again in a flash.

Came on time, very pleasant and professional. Removed 7 floor tiles, cleaned surface thoroughly, replaced tiles, matched up the color of the existing grout and cleaned up after job was finished.Would certainly use him again.

We needed to have the new kitchen floor done as soon as possible, as the new cabinets were going to be installed shortly and we wanted the tile to run under the cabinets. Called John a couple times and explained our situation and, although he was very busy, he managed to fit us in on a weekend. He worked professionally and fast and the quality of his work is fantastic. I will be calling him again to tile the new backsplash.

Well, the problem originated with us not being able to get the same lot as the original tile AND then getting two different lots that didn't match one another! John found some beautiful thresholds to disguise the slight discrepancy between the rooms and the hallway tile. Then there was the problem of not enough of one tile for one of the rooms. Although altogether there was enough for both rooms. Yes, it was as much of a pain as it is to explain. Mr. Perry and I discussed furniture arrangement as to visiblity of different shaded tile. All worked out beautifully in the end. He was the third tile person, 3 separate jobs, that we have had done in our home. We wish we had found him first. He even put in little tiny pieces to complete the overall floor. He gave me a great sealant recommendation. It was a beautiful job.

John Perry was amazing and he did an amazing job. I thought that the price was reasonable compared to the other quotes that I got. He did the best job ever. He was very professional and was always on time. The application of the job was amazing. I was really pleased and happy with it. I would definitely use his services in the future too and in fact, I can?t wait to use his services again.

I got 4 estimates and I liked him a lot. He was my favorite. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and detail oriented. I am going to have him do the work in about a month. He was very helpful in telling me how his job will affect the other work that is being done.

He is an excellent guy. Extremely professional and meticulous. He does only top notch work. I could not have found anyone better! He quoted the job and the time to complete the job and finished just as quoted. He worked hard long days to get it done right. Very patient and punctual. It went excellent. He was there when he said he would be. He cleaned up. I don't usually give people the keys to my house, but I gave him the keys to my house. He's absolutely trustworthy. He went above and beyond.

I am a bit hesitant to even post ANOTHER recommendation as I have other Tile job I want done and John will be too busy for me to do them. Don't hire anyone else. He stands by his work and is 100% honest.

My company, In the Glaze, was commissioned by the Hard Rock Miami to create this wall mural. John was exceptionally professional, quick, easy to work with, and methodical. In the future we will ask him to install any other murals, kitchen backsplashes, or bathroom walls when we have a commission for a job such as that. He is an excellent, experienced tiler. You can't do any better.

I retained John Perry for the purpose of installing limestone tiles in my remodeled master bath, vanity, and walk-in closet. John arrived at the exact time he said he would to provide me with an estimate of the job. I decided to retain him for the installation. Now that the work has been completed, I can say without reservation that John Perry is professional, reliable, and efficient. To say he "lays tile," however, does not do justice to his work. He is an artisan and a perfectionist at that. The quality of his work exceeded my every expectation. He did exactly what he said he would do and kept me well-informed about the progress of the job. The entire process was smooth and the result was beautiful. If you are looking for a craftsman to "lay tile," John Perry is that man. What a pleasure!

We had mismatched colors from different lots of limestone tile in a bathroom. I called John in to understand the cost associated with changing the floor. He suggested that he first try to use some stone enhancers rather than have me face the disruption and expense of replacing the floor. It turned out great. John also repaired a few tiles that were improperly installed. John was on time and polite - I would highly recommend him.

It went so well I asked him to start on my next job.

We got about 8 estimates from tile companies who did not seem to want to install glass tiles in our bathroom because the wall tiles that we purchased were "too thin" and the floor tiles were "too thick". They also weren't willing to tile the niche for the soap dish that we were requesting. There were also several complaining about the uneven walls, which are extremely common in a home built the 60's. John was responsive, punctual, very professional and pleasant to work with. His quote was extremely fair and even left the bathroom spotless after he was finished. After dealing with many disappointing workmen, he was a breath of fresh air that I would recommend highly to anyone.

This company was recommended by the tile company. John responded to my call promptly and was willing to come by after hours to provide an estimate. He was able to complete the job on the weekend. John was exceptionally helpful in helping the the backsplash design and did a great job. I have since had him back to work on a second smaller job also with great results. His pricing was very competitive to other quotes I received for this work.
