Tile by John Perry

Out bathroom tub needed replacement. We needed to have all the tile and wallboards removed before replacing the tub. John found a plumber to replace the tub for us. Removed all the tile and wallboard and replaced the tile and wallboard John performed the work on the date we had agreed upon. John completed the work in the amount of time he had said it would take. The tile looks great. John was very professional. He started the job on the date promised, finished in the time estimated, and did an excellent job installing the tile.

John did an excellent job installing the tile. He is very professional and offered advice on how to maintain the tile. I would recommend John to anyone who is looking for a tile installer.

Toook a couple weeks, final product is great. John had a good artist eye that help the final look of the tile to really make it look great

Overall, my experience was great. They did the work and the clause was agreeable. They were fast and efficient. They cleaned up all the mess. I was satisfied with what they did.

John is extremely professional and hardworking. He went above and beyond during our installation. He was prompt during the estimate, communicating the start time and throughout the installation process. We could have not asked for a better experience. I had a small bathroom Tile Job that was required by my house insurance. I called John and he could not do the job in a timely manner so he recommended an associate, Jerry. Jerry came and did the job in a profesional and no-nonsense manner that gave excellent results for a good price. I can not thank both John and Jerry enough. This job would not have been entertained but was forced on me by my insurance company. They were both polite and profesional to deal with and more importanly I got the feeling that they both cared about their service which means a lot to me because I loathe dealing with people who give me the sense that they do not care about what they are doing. Very satisfied customer.

All I can say is unfortunately John couldn't take the job as he's booked solid but I have to give him an 'A' because he actually took the time ON A SUNDAY to call me back and give me the courtesy of an answer, which is quite rare these days!! Thanks John! ? =)

I could not have been more satisfied with the excellent work that John provided. He is a perfectionist in his trade and I am so glad I had the opportunity in meeting him. The tile project went perfectly. This particular job was completed about two years ago on my rental property in Broward County. I am currently undertaking a tile replacement and demo in my home in Jupiter, Florida and only wish I was closer to John's area of business. I could go on and on about his quality of work, his honesty, his punctuality, his responsiveness, his professionalism, and his ability to keep the job-site clean, etc.. LOOK NO FURTHER!! I have been interviewing Tile Contractors for a week in Palm Beach County and have not come across a person I can actually trust yet and leave a key to! Selecting a contractor is very difficult if you have no references. Look no further!! You will not be disappointed if you select "Tile by John Perry"!!

John was the perfect person for our job. He was not only personable, but was efficient and highly competent...and did not cut corners. He brought to my attention some extra work he was doing to ensure the grout did not have bubbles or air pockets which I expect others may not consider giving their time to do. His attention to detail demonstrated great pride in his work which is so seldom found in Florida. My husband and I have lived in this state now for just over a year and have had our disappointments in the quality of work from a number of service providers, but we were so happy with John's work and reasonable pricing that we plan to call upon him in the future when we are ready to replace some bathroom floor tile in our rental condo.

John has done 3 other jobs in our home. He is awesome and a tile surgeon!

I did not use "Tile by John Perry" since he did not do the work I was looking for BUT John went out of his way to give me a contact name & number that could work on my Mexican floors.... Thank you John!

John has done several projects for me and I have always been satisfied

His tile work is masterful. Every inch of our bathroom was measured and the marble was cut precisely to cover every square inch. He pays close attention to detail and you can see in the final result that the design and layout was planned and installed perfectly .

John is a true artist./ He took our ideas and made them reality. He worked with challenging material on the stair faces and made it work perfectly. John showed up when he said he would, and worked quietly and professionally. A craftsman like John is worth waiting for!

It took us a year to finally finish a bathroom remodel to the step in which we would invite John to complete the tile installation work. During this year John was patient with us as we would call every few months providing our new "goal date" yet due to us doing it ourselves; would miss the goal date. I bring this into the review to show John's patience and professionalism. When the time finally arrived for John's services, he came to assess the status of the bathroom to ensure it was ready for actual tile installation. In the process he explained in detail what needed to be finalized and we set an actual date for installation. Below is synopsis: Provided price quote that did not change even though the job was more difficult than expected and latest a little longer than originally planned. Note: It was more difficult than expected due to my tile selection of beveled tile that he had to hand grout versus float grout. Provided own tools and adhesive products. Arrived on-time, was neat and courteous. VERY knowledgeable about how the tile would cut and lay; i.e. he suggested Corian products in the corners of the room to allow for the beveled tile I chose. The beveled tile was probably meant to be just a backsplash on one flat wall and therefore did not have specialty pieces to address corners. Also, he knew how to lay the penny tile I chose for the floor. It came in 1 foot sheets that he learned over the years needs to be dipped into the adhesive and then rolled out versus placing on the floor flat which would cause individual penny tiles to fall off and then never align to the pattern. Bonded with attention-demanding dog (an extra bonus in my book!). We are perfectionist within our household projects which is why we take things on ourselves, however, John is just as particular and helped to make my bathroom a work of art! I would not hesitate to hire John again and strongly urge anyone reading this review to just pick up the phone and call him. Your search for a GREAT tile guy is over! Just make the call!

He came the same day we called him to take a look at our tile. He explained what needed to be done and the cost. Within a few days he was here to do the job and he finished it in a day and a half. He was professional, cleaned up and hauled away damaged tile. His price was very reasonable and we will be calling him back for further renovations. We highly recommend him!

John was extremely professional and delivered exactly what he promised and more! He did all of the demo work on our incorrectly installed shower tile, was able to adapt to unforeseen problems without complaint or question, and performed his entire installation beautifully. Our new shower is simply amazing!! Most important, John was always punctual and stuck to his word and his original price. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a perfect tile installation from an honest and reliable contractor.

He is extemely professional which is really rare these days. Does a very good and neat job.Is very busy so have to get worked into his schedule but it's worth the wait. Is very fair on his pricing. I really like that he does all the work himslf...has pride in his work.

Amazing! Not only does the room look great, but John was very responsive, cleaned up everything as he went, and was an extreme professional throughout. If you've read the other reviews, you know you're lucky if John is your service provider. He came, he saw, he conquered! The original terracotta, Italian tiled pool deck was separating and lifting from the coping surrounding the pool. We had several other companies come out to quote but all of them said "we don't do this kind of work" you'll need to find a tile specialist. Lucky for us we found John. Since we were unable to locate any replacement tiles, and we sure as h*** did not want to rip up our entire deck, John had to cut out every tile so we could salvage and re-use. It was a painstaking job and it took probably twice as long as he anticipated but he showed up every day, on time, worked hard (HARD!!), cleaned up and, in the end, left us with a deck repaired beyond our expectations. Would we hire John again??? You betcha!

Very good work at a reasonable cost. Professional. Would definitely hire again. The only downside is that he is very busy! - if you need a job done you need to book in advance.
