ThermaGuard was the least expensive bid we received to reside our home, the former siding was nearly 40 yrs old. Once the contract was signed, they started the work within days. The siding crew did a great job making sure the boards lined up, installingn drip protection, and more. The painting crew chalked joints and more before painting. I would definately recommend them to do siding and painting work!

I received 5 proposals for our project which included replacing our natural cedar shake siding with Hardie shake siding, and also painting the entire exterior of our house. ThermaGuard was significantly lower in price than all of the other quotes. I asked for and received 5 references for similar jobs in the recent past, and after researching the firm online and reading many reviews, I was convinced that they did high quality work. I am very glad I chose ThermaGuard. Prior to the start of the job, and all during that process they were extremely responsive and professional in dealing with every inquiry or question we raised. There was a very challenging aspect of the job which involved changing the portico roof over our front entrance with a metal roof that maintained the curvature that we had with the cedar shake. Michael put in the extra time it required to get that job done right. Weâ re very pleased with all aspects of the work done by ThermaGuard.

Excellent crew coordination and client communications. Also, excellent work quality. I am hard to please but at the end of this very large project I was overall very satisfied. The few issues at the end were quickly resolved......

Supplies showed up when scheduled. Dumpster arrived before job start. Communication consistent throughout process. Workers polite and showed up daily consistently at 8am. Cleanup daily. Didn’t disrupt daily family schedule. Team even repaired unexpected hidden damage (extra charge) I would definitely recommend this team. They were not the most expensive or the cheapest. I chose this team because Owner came out and spent almost an hour talking. Getting to know each other and expectations. Job well done thank you ThermaGuard!!

Great job on the siding!

They were very easy to work with and were very honest. They replaced existing soffit and facia with Hardi-Plank siding and painted, installed new gutters, replaced two windows with steam between the panes and installed two water barrels. Due to Covid-19 and the difficulty in getting some materials, they finished later than expected, but I couldn't be happier with their work and communication.

They are not cheap, but this isn't a cheap job. I got three bids. Theirs was in the middle. The lowest left out a lot of things that Thermaguard had in their bid. The highest had too many bells and whistles that were meaningless. And it was significantly higher. I felt comfortable with Thermaguard. The work went well. The crews were respectful of us and our property. The only snag was from hurricane rain. They couldn't control that! I will definitely use them again when I replace the rest of my windows. Just ran out of money now.

I had my siding replaced and painted. Great company to work with. Clear and fast communication, very professional and nice installers and painters. They worked fast and left the place very clean. Mike went an extra mile to make sure all my lighting fixtures were installed properly. I had this project priced by multiple contractors and I believe I got the best quality for a really good price. Definitely recommend them, they take pride in their craft

GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING ....DO NOT...I REPEAT..... THINK THAT THIS COMPANY WILL DO ANYTHING OFF THE BOOKS ....THE HUSBAND WILL MAKE IT SOUND LIKE THE"LITTLE"THINGS WILL NOT BE AN EXTRA CHARGE (MY MISTAKE,)THE WIFE IN CHARGE OF BILLING IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY AT ALL AND ALL IT SEEMS LIKE SHE CARES ABOUT IS THE BOTTOM LINE. UNTIL I TOLD HER SON THAT SHE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER ASKING HOW THE JOB(S) ARE GOING SHE WAS JUST WORRIED ABOUT THE MONEY,SHE FINALLY MENTIONED "HOW DO YOU LIKE THE WORK?" JUST GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING WHAT THE HUSBAND SAYS FROM THE BEGINING. I LEARNED ALOT ABOUT A HANDSHAKE WITH THIS EXPERIENCE. I STILL HAVE A LOT OF WORK ON MY HOME BUT WILL DEFINITELY NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AVERAGE QUALITY,I STILL HAVE MY ELECTRIC READER HANGING OFF WITH BEING CONNECTED TO MY HOUSE. I TOLD THE SON (JOB SITE SUPERVISOR) AND ALL HE SAID HE WASNT ALLOWED TO PUT IT BACK YET HE TOOK IT OFF MY HOUSE NO PROBLEM?????? BY THE END OF MY PRPJECTS , I PAID AS MUCH AS THE HIGHEST BID FROM A MUCH MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.

Siding install was good. However, the painters were horrible and did substandard work. I had to argue with them and the owners of ThermaGuard in reference to the painters. We agreed on two coats of paint. The painters stated they adjusted the nozzle to a heavy coat and that is all I needed. I call the BS Card here. Rip off ... I still have unpainted surfaces under the gutters ... I going to have to go back later and finish the job. Not recommended ....

I did my windows first and then the Siding. It became overwhelming for me to maneuver through but ThermaGuard gently held my hand from start to finish. All questions answered. All concerns addressed. I knew what was going to happen before it happened. Then the Men who did the siding were exceptional well too. I appreciated the look of pride while doing their work. Their attention to detail and the same...all questions I asked they took the time to answer and explain. I have planned additional work with the company and recommend you try them out too. I am above and beyond satisfied with their services. Thank you Ms. Marilyn, Mike and Dalton, and most importantly to Raphael Fred. Awesome job..

ThermaGuard did a HardiePlank intallation and painting project for my house, and the house looks great! I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I spent quite a bit of time interviewing contractors and selected ThermaGuard based on the price, their responsiveness, and the feeling I got that Allen and Marilyn would make sure that the project went well. The only issue I would highlight, and this might occur with any contractor, is that you'll end up working with subcontractors during the project, and not necessarily the people who come to your house for the initial sales meetings. The siding crew they sent was great, and the results speak for themselves, but that crew might be working for another contractor now. Same with the painting crew. Great work, but could be working for someone else next week. There ended up being a good bit of repair work that needed to happen on my house when they removed the old siding. I wasn't surprised by this. The additional amount ThermaGuard charged me was more than I was anticipating, and I didn't see any prices for this until after the work was done, but honestly I would have given the green light anyway. Next time I do a project though I'll specify that I'd like to know rough prices before authorizing work. The work they did though was really of high quality, and I'm happy with it. So all in all, it was an easy decision to hire ThermaGuard, and I'd work with them again.

The crew worked so hard. The siding looks amazing. Just waiting for the new paint. They cleaned up everything that was disturbed. I would recommend them highly. Alan and Marilyn, the owners were extremely nice and very easy to work with.

We used Thermaguard to replace our old vinyl siding with new hardie board. The job was done on time and the workman ship was top notch. After the job was done we had several painting contractors complement the siding job!
