We ordered gas logs & a fireplace door. Kathy was very customer oriented. Everything is top quality. Cel did the installation- very profressional Excellent experience.

Let me start off my saying that I am very particular about work being done at my home. That being said I am completely satisfied with the experience and work done by TFC. This was the second time I have used TFC. Both experiences were top notch. Ordering the product with Ashley was simple. She supplied all kinds of options and she was extremely polite and responsive. The pricing was extremely competitive with other companies that I looked at as well. The installation was seamless. Terence the installer was awesome. He showed up right on time. Since we had an early appointment he texted me instead of knocking on the door as to not wake anyone up, very thoughtful. You couldnt ask for a nicer more trustworthy person. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He installed the logs in record time. I had a problem with my gas line which he was able to figure out so that we got things working perfectly. Terence even solved a problem I was having with another fireplace in my home. My fireplace looks better than I could have ever imagined. I am extremely pleased with the final product and I will use TFC for all of my fireplace needs in the future.
