Service was not performed
Description of Work: This company had been previously contacted to replace a recalled part by Maytag on our refrigerator (we only were given 2 service companies to pick per Maytag). It's been a month 1/2 since that part was replaced. Thursday evening we discovered that the temperature was warm in our refrigerator & then discovered our freezer items were defrosted. Ice was on the back of freezer section. This company is only available 730am -530, Monday-Friday. I left a voice message Thursday evening & then placed another call at 8:00 am Friday. The earliest appointment they could give us was a 4 hour window the following Monday morning! I called another company & they gave us a 2 hour window for this morning (Friday), arrived during that time slot, performed the service & we had our refrigerator back by 1:30 pm Friday. I will personally not be calling The Appliance Doctor again for any service.

Description of Work: Service man???? was called to repair an inoperative washer at my daughters home. This machine was less than 4 months old still under warranty. Service man never asked if the unit was new and I believe he should know that. Instead he left an estimate of $372.92 to repair and charged a service call of $87.95. The hardware store was contacted and they sent out their repair people at no charge and fixed the problem. When I talked to the office about the issue and that I felt "had" and would like a refund, they displayed an I don't care attitude. Have used them in the past but will never use again.
