One of their reps came out and told me that the disposal is working fine, and that I need a plumber instead. They said they won't take any responsibility, even though by "working" the blades just turn and push things down into the drain without chopping it up. I've complained to them before, but they just said they've never had any problems with them and they work fine.

The defrosting got the refrigerator working until the part could be replaced. On first visit, spouse was somehow convinced to replace rubber washer hoses with metal ones. Although this eliminates risk of broken hoses, old hoses were fine, and water volume/pressure in old house is so low, and pressure reducing valve in place, so this was unnecessary and not related to any service that was needed.

Two separate resources. Both were polite and timely. Younger repairman was ok, but limited in knowledge. Second repairman was extremely knowledgable and provided valuable information pertaining to the situation on the refrigerator.

OVERALL, THEY WERE OK. IT WAS JUST THAT THEY HAD TO ORDER THE PART FOR THE HANDLE. IT WAS OVER 7 DAYS, AND NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME IT WAS IN. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO SEE WHAT WAS UP, AND IF THEY WERE EVER GOING TO FINISH THE JOB. THEY FINALLY GOT BACK TO ME WHEN IT CAME IN AND THEY FIXED IT.

The technician, Denise Safron, called while enroute to let me know the time she would arrive. When on site she was efficient, friendly, and professional. She explained what she was doing and how long it would take. When she needed a part, she quickly called vendor to locate the part. She had to return the next day and scheduled the appointment to accommodate my schedule. I would recommend the this provider.

ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE ONE OF THE HIGHER SERVICE CALL RATES, I NEVER QUESTION WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE BEING HONEST ABOUT THE REPAIRS NEEDING TO BE DONE. I HAVE USED THEM WITH CONFIDENCE FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS.

THE SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED ON THE TUESDAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT NEEDED REPLACING, BUT SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE THE PART. HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE IT IN A DAY OR TWO. WE HAVE A VERY SMALL BACKUP REFRIGERATOR IN THE GARAGE THAT WE HAD STARTED TO USE AND SAID WE WOULD BE OK FOR A DAY OR SO, BUT I REMINDED HIM THAT THANKSGIVING WAS THURSDAY. HE SAID TO CALL THE OFFICE IN A FEW HOURS AND SEE WHEN THE REPLACEMENT PART COULD BE INSTALLED. I DID CALL THE OFFICE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T COME BACK UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, NEARLY ONE WEEK LATER. I TOLD THEM THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE AS I HAD 12 PEOPLE COMING FOR DINNER ON THANKSGIVING. I SAID WE WERE WILLING TO PAY OVERTIME TO GET THIS JOB DONE. THE OFFICE PERSON SAID THAT WAS THE BEST THEY COULD DO. I ASKED TO HAVE A SENIOR PERSON CALL ME TO SEE IF I COULD NEGOTIATE ANYTHING BETTER. SOMEONE FINALLY DID, 4 HOURS LATER. BY THAT TIME, I HAD CALLED GE WHO HAD COME AND FIXED THE PROBLEM, CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER THAN THIS VEND

MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT WITH THIS COMPANY, AND SHAWN (THE TECHNICIAN) WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ACCOMMODATE MY SCHEDULE IN GETTING BACK TO INSTALL THE PART NEEDED.

WORKER WAS EXCELLENT AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. FORTUNATELY, HAD PART HE NEEDED. HAD TO BORROW SOMETHING FROM US HE DID NOT HAVE.

PROMPT, POLITE, AND PUNCTUAL. THEY INITIALLY GAVE ME AN 11A-3P SERVICE WINDOW, BUT CALLED TO TELL ME EXACTLY WHEN THEY'D SHOW. THEY WERE ON TIME.

THE COMPANY SAID THE PART TO REPAIR MY DISHWASHER WAS GOING TO COST $150. AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE, THE PRICE HE CHARGED ME FOR THE PART WAS $262. HE NEVER INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD BE MORE THAN THE QUOTED PRICE. I WANT THE DIFFERENCE ($112) REFUNDED TO ME.

THEY PROVIDE A SERVICE GUARANTEE AND STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK. THEY ARE PROMPT, HONEST, CLEAN. WE HAVE HIRED THEM FOR VARIOUS REPAIRS SINCE 1999 AND WILL DO IT AGAIN, WHEN NEEDED.

SERVICEMAN IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM, BUT COULD NOT REPAIR IT BECAUSE THE PART WAS UNAVAILABLE. DID NOT CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE.

THEY WERE RATED GOOD; HE DID IT RIGHT.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND DONE A VERY FINE JOB.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY FRIENDS.
