+ -1 morePrompt delivery and courteous service. This composted soil is the best product I have found. My plants and lawn grow extremely healthy and vigorous. This is my second delivery and I plan on a third this fall when I over seed the lawn and put the plants to bed for the winter.

Description of Work: Super Sod provided me with an estimate for Zenith Zoysia for $639.24. The estimate also include instructions for ordering the sod. Super Sod asked that they be given 5 - 7 days to cut the sod and deliver it. I left a message the night I received the estimate, stating that I wanted to purchase the sod and asked if it could be delivered Tuesday, May 13 - 5 days from my request. I had not heard from Super Sod by 1:00pm, so I called. I explained that I had received their quote and would like to purchase the sod. I asked if it could be delivered Tuesday (5 days from my response). I was told that their deliveries were booked out to next Friday, making it an unusable solution. The reason I rate them as an Overall C is solely based on the amount of lead time they require before they can deliver their product. It includes a two-day turnaround on online estimates, so if you were planning to do this type of work, you would need to give them almost a week and a half to confirm that they can deliver. Sometimes you don't have that much lead time.

+ -1 moreI went to visit this SuperSod location early in the summer. Good displays of the various turf options, friendly and helpful people. They gave me good advice to prepare my areas and to time the installation for late August. When I called to order, they promised to call me back with the delivery scheduled the next day. I got the schedule and the delivery was right on time the next morning. The pallet of TifGrand turf was not perfectly uniform, but the overall quality was very good. The and quot;Soil3and quot; product was much better than expected - the soil is a higher quality than any potting soil that I have ever purchased. (Good thing, as it was more expensive than the turf! - but I am glad I did both.) I was able to level and smooth the areas with ease using the high quality soil, and my new turf is already growing in. All the rain the past week or so has been a real blessing as well. I cut the sod to fit with a straight blade shovel - it worked very nicely. The rating of and quot;Band quot; for price is only that I would have liked it all to cost less. The $80 for delivery is a bit hard to swallow, but I did not have any other options.
Description of Work: Delivered 500 sq ft of Bermuda turf, and a cubic yard of the Soil3 dirt.
