Sunshine Window Cleaning

Great job done by Buka and Gustavo. My house was pressure washed( low pressure ). My windows were cleaned inside and out. Window sills and sashes were cleaned. Screens removed and washed. Looks great!!!

This company did an outstanding job! They were here on time and were extremely efficient, hard-working and courteous! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for the future!!

Servicemen were on time and courteous. They had no problem with reaching windows with 40 foot ladder even in sloped stairwell to backyard. A few windowframe areas still had a little dirt residue in tough to clean slides. I didn't think to ask them to allow me to clean the screens first before replacing them especially on the top floor. They did wipe them of web residue.

Anthony and Omar did an outstanding job. Both were very professional and worked hard at completing the work with attention to detail. All the surfaces cleaned - whether it was the windows or chandeliers sparkled. I would recommend them to friends and use their services again.

The same day we called Sunshine, they arranged to have Alex come out and clean the gutters. He did a very thorough job and was very professional. He confirmed that the gutter was in good condition and the back up was simply caused by the amount of pine straw that had become trapped, which was important to know. The work went very well.

It was very poor. I asked him to clean out the gutters. That was a little bit complicated because there is covers on those gutters. They had been running over and I tried to see if it might help the situation. All they did was took a leaf blower and blew the trash off the top of the house. He got rid of the leaves and he wanted me to pay him and I said I've already paid. He handed me his card and said, "If you need me call me again." He just didn't do what I told him to do and wouldn't do it when I told him what I wanted done. He finally went back up there and ran a little water in the gutters and said it's alright and got in his truck and left. They didn't do $249 worth of work as far as I'm concerned. They were on time.

They did an excellent job. Windows were sparkling clean, house looked like it had been freshly painted!!! They arrived on time and worked all day until everything was done perfectly. They are not the cheapest...but in this case, you get what you pay for...sheer excellence!!

Be ready for the up sell on arrival if you bought the Angie's List deal. That being said, the Sunshine team did an outstanding job cleaning the very dirty windows on my house and I will use them again. They had no problem reaching windows high on the third floor. Each facet of this job was done flawlessly in every respect. The team lead walked me through exactly what they would do and was careful to set expectations in terms of the end results. I'm pleased to say Sunshine Window Cleaning exceeded our expectations on all levels. We were especially happy with how clean the driveway and walks became; but best of all, the windows sparkled like new . . . the whole house looked new!

Because a previous appointment had canceled, the team called and then came earlier. than the scheduled time. Geovanny and his partner (EO) went right to work, worked methodically, and fully explained the difference between dirt and screen deterioration. i appreciate that they were so friendly. I feel comfortable that they had the knowledge and skills to do the job correctly. They worked quickly and effectively. I would recommend them highly..

This was a special deal from Sunshine Window Cleaning - $249 to pressure-wash the outside of my 3000 sq. foot home. It was a good price based on what I have paid in the past for the same thing. They had a window of time of 3 hrs. to do the work on this past Tuesday and they were here within the first hour of that time frame. They did a beautiful job on the house! It looks like it just got a new paint job! Everything is spic and span and they did it all very neatly - picking up after themselves. Not only does the house itself look great but the windows and sills outside look spectacular too! One less job I have to do this summer! I would definitely use them again - in fact - I plan to use them next year to pressure-wash my deck and driveway!

They scheduled the window cleaning on my schedule not theirs, called before coming to give me an exact Tim and showed up as promised. My Windows have never looked better.

Miguel and Aaron were on time, had the work order, and were ready to go. Awesome guys - worked straight through for 4 hours and did incredible work. Top notch - would love these guys back next year!

They were great. The driveway looks amazing. I wasn't planning on getting the house and fencing done, but they talked me into it. I felt the price was a little steep for the house and fencing but everything looks great so ultimately I am very satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and would use their service again.

I called and scheduled service for 3 days later. Delano and Robert arrived on time and double-checked the number of windows, as the estimate was given as a per window charge with the explanation that an extra fee might apply for windows over a certain height if an extra-tall ladder was needed. The price was under what I told them I thought the cost would be, so that told me upfront these were honest folks. They said they wouldn't need the extra-tall ladder and so the extra charge would not apply. They spent 2 solid hours cleaning windows, carefully ensuring there were no drips landing on the sills as they squeegy-ed the soap off. Inside, where I was, Robert was so careful with his ladder! The ladder was well-padded on top, and very stabilized on the bottom. Also, he was friendly but professional, responding kindly to my children's "hello's". I doubled-checked all the windows, and they happily re-did the two spots (only 2 out of 39 windows!) I found. Delano even replaced some landscaping bulbs I had ready when he did the tallest windows, where the fixture was located, too high for me to reach. I will definitely recommend them and plan on using them every spring! Clean windows transform a house!

They arrived on time and did a great job. After completed the work, the technician called to let me know that their power washer's gun mistakenly took some of the wood off a wooden side table on my porch. They immediately offered to replace the side table. I am extremely thankful for their honesty and immediately making the situation right. I appreciate their work ethic and commitment to doing a good job.

A guy showed up at my house and said the driveway was larger than 1000 square feet, and that the sidewalk was not included (although it specifically says so on the voucher). When I asked if he measured with a measuring tape, he said he did. I watched him from my upstairs office and he did NOT use a measuring tape at all! And I have it recorded on my phone. He said the total square footage was 1645 feet and that it would be an extra $100. I told him no thanks and that I would get a refund - and make sure to let others know about this experience.

Received phone call from Miguel stating they could come early to get started on cleaning the windows. When they arrived they started right away cleaning the inside and outside windows. When they completed the windows, Miguel showed me issues with my windows that I was not aware of having problems. Great job!!

Everything went well. The team arrived asked / confirmed what I wanted done and then they surveyed my property, and then discussed their approach and options / pricing, and how much time it would take (for me, it only took 2 people an hour to complete the cleaning). I couldn't be happier with their work. :)
