Description of Work: Two gentlemen arrived on time, cleaned all my windows inside and out (including my storm windows). Then they pressure washed my long driveway. They did a wonderful job, communicated effectively about what they were doing, and handled my payment with ease.

Description of Work: The two gentlemen arrived at around the time I requested. Very professional. Right to work |on cleaning my gutters, blew off the patio. There were so many leaves in the backyard. I suggested they just blow the leaves off the back of the house to the ones in the backyard. |The leaves from the front and sides were cleaned. |I was somewhat frustrated getting them contact me, though to set the appointment. |The price was way too much for the job performed. But, they were the company I chose from |Angie's list. They did a good job overall.

I am sorry, I do not know what exactly you are saying: |The leaves from the front and sides were cleaned. |I was somewhat frustrated getting them contact me, though to set the appointment. | I think you were frustrated with the scheduling process. We too are frustrated with that. We have spoken to AL and suggested a very simple fix i.e. give us your phone number during the 1st email........ and we would call you that day. But alass ...AL has not changed that policy. Maybe they will in time. david- owner
