Description of Work: I made initial contact with Sunshine Windows, was contact in response by Dave and responded back to him again to set-up an appointment via voicemail and email and never heard back. Apparently they are so busy they don't have time for new customers. :(

Description of Work: Pressure washing on front of house. They called before arriving at the scheduled time. They had no problem with the small job. They even cleaned my driveway at no charge. Excellent work! Very happy with their service and technicians! Will use them again for sure.

Description of Work: The vendor was unable to do the work since a portion of our home is covered in wood-stained cedar shingles, and the vendor's chemicals would have taken off the wood stain. Vendor was easy to schedule and was on time -- just wasn't able to do the work given the type of chemicals they use and the composition of the exterior of our house. I would not hesitate to use for other services.

Description of Work: They cleaned my windows, pressure washed the house and cleaned the gutters |My house is about 8000 square feet and they finished it in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything nice and clean. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a window cleaning for $295 and added extra windos for $170.50. Service was great. Timeliness and expertise was excellent. My one minor complaint was the cost to clean a ceiling fan while they were in my house. $25 seemed a bit excessive to hoist a ladder and clean the fan, considering I was already paying them $440. I would stil use them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Sunshine Window Cleaning service came out to pressure wash my driveway and provide an estimate on additional work on the house. They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job with pressure washing the sidewalk and driveway. Josh provided me with quotes on the additional work that I specified, taking the time to discuss the work that needed to be done and taking into consideration the schedule and work I was requesting. I will definitely use this company when I get the work done!
