Description of Work: Cleaned storm windows and screens. The windows has probably not been cleaned in the last 10 years. Once they cleaners were through the whole condo looked so much brighter and cleaner. They did an excellent professional job. We were very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: Well we started off a little rocky. I had them coming on a different day. Not sure if it was my mistake or theirs. But we also had a miscommunication about the work they were supposed to do. They cleaned some gutters when I expected them to clean a glass roof. Ultimately etyeoaj they did do the roof but there was the added unexpected expense of cleaning the gutters tacked on to the bill. The rep did do his best to appease me. The work was good, but the miscommunication was not good.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for $199 from Angie's List for window cleaning, exterior only. I have a lot of windows and some are very big, very high. I had to pay an additional $89 to cover the cost of cleaning all of them because it exceeded the 35 window maximum. I have a couple that still look dirty but it is because the seal is leaking and they are clouded. The technician pointed this out to me so I would not be upset about the appearance. Sunshine has been around a long time, they are experienced and knowledgable. They are not inexpensive, but dependable and reasonably affordable and during off season often run discounts. I have never had them not show up and they have never broken anything. They are responsible and professional. *approximate date of service as I could not remember exact date.
