Description of Work: This was a Big Deal which I paid for and did receive a refund. Provider arrived and started talking about up charges right away. He defined a window with a lattice as picture windows. The cost would not be in the ballpark of the advertised 35 windows for $295 if defined that way. He seemed uninterested and stated that he had another job to go to.

Description of Work: I did not observe the work being done. I paid for gutter cleaning but I do have gutter guards so it was mainly to inspect and wash out what had gotten through. I got on the roof to inspect afterwards and in one section I discovered a tube of caulk that had been in the gutter since the house was roofed years ago. So not sure what that means other than this section was not cleaned or inspected.
