Sunshine Window Cleaning

I generally dislike superlatives but I can not find enough to describe the professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness of this company. I am always anxious the first time I use a new service, even if it is on Angie's List. Once Alex and his associate showed up I felt completely confident. They were precisely on time, discussed with me what I wanted to have done and then explained for me to approve (or not). precisely what the cost would be. Apparently he noticed the condition of my driveway and mentioned that they do pressure washing also. I agreed to have them do that. Their work exceeded my highest expectation. Then, this tops it all off. After I had paid and they left, I came to Angie's list to write a review. I noticed that there was a 10% off coupon. I emailed asking for the discount and expected to have to be assertive. But instead I received an email back right away saying they would certainly honor the discount, did I pay with a credit care or check. I said "a check" and she said she would put my refund in the mail immediately. I could go on describing in detail how well they did everything, but you get my point. This is absolutely one of the finest companies of any kind I have ever worked with and I highly recommend them.

They were better than great. There are many large plate glass windows in our house, many which are quite high off the ground so I thought it would be a challenge. But they handled it well. I need to schedule a service now, just been procrastinating. I think I wrote a review on Angie's List already so I am not going to rave anymore now other than to say they were great.

Delono & Ernesto arrived on time and got right to flushing the gutter drains. I have multiple drains coming off the gutter system and wasn't sure where a couple dumped out. They did a great job, efficient and pleasant. I will have them come out again in 2018 when it's time to repeat the flushing. They do window cleaning and pressure washing - would call them for this as well in the future.

Quickly scheduled, completed with good cleanup after.

We've used Sunshine for many years and over all I would give them an A. However, twice now they have significantly damaged our roof while cleaning the gutters and blowing the roof. Four or five years ago, they broke the vent pipe for sewer gases. They apologized, but they really should have offered to fix it--not just say sorry. This year, I strongly suspect that they made a hole in my roof, though I can't be certain. At the next rainstorm after their visit, we had a leak. The roofer who fixed it said there was a brand new, clean nail hole. He suspects that they nailed something to the roof while they were working. There's no other explanation for how the hole appeared. My phone call about this was not returned, so I won't be using them again.

I emailed them about a quote because I work during their working hours and calling isn't always a possibility. I emailed twice through their website and the third time through Angie's list, over two weeks period of time, before I finally got a response telling me I needed to call them about a quote. Even though they had my number, it was up to me to give them business? Due to their reviews on here I called anyway. Already having a bad feeling about the lack of customer service I had received thus far. I asked about a price and I was told I needed to have an estimator come out and quote the job. That was it... I had to ASK to have my house scheduled for quote and I was told it could take up to a week and we really can't give you a date, it depends on when he is in your area. Then I had to ask again, to be put on the schedule. Last week had been 2 weeks and I called and was told they were coming by the end of the week. Today I called because no one ever showed or even called to keep me updated and was told they would have to call me back. I canceled the quote. I shouldn't have o spend this much time trying to get a quote. They obviously do not need the business.

They were awesome. They did a great job. I guess it's a good price. The quality of work was excellent. I would absolutely use them again. It took them about two to three hours to clean 44 windows. They left the area as it was before they came and I couldn't even tell they were at my home. They were very professional, went to work immediately and got the job done. This was my only experience with them.

Wonderfully as it has in the past. Our house has a huge amount of windows and they were done in a little over 3 hours. The windows are sparkling. They even removed some paint that was over-splashed from having our house repainted some months ago. Our technician told us that they are encouraged to do something for free on every visit. I also loved that he clearly cared about his assistant who as he said "makes less than me but works just as hard as me". Speaks very well of the company in general. We did this cleaning as part of a discount offer so the price reflects the discount.

We bought the "$249 for Home Pressure-Washing" deal for our house with vinyl siding. They did the vinyl siding and also cleaned the outside of our windows too. They also offered to do the gutters too, but we have already booked someone else to do that. The guys came early and also did a great job of the siding and the windows in a professional manner. Would definitely hire again and recommend to others.

This is a great company and the workers are real pros. I will call them from now on!

Gentlemen arrived on time and got right to work. They effectively cleared the gutters and cleaned up the wet, leafy bi-product. Money well spent. I will continue to use Sunshine.

I think they did a good job. I think it was maybe another $125, I probably spent $350 for them, $325 or $350. Actually, they did a fair amount of extra for what they did, let?s say $325. I think that is about right, about a $100 extra because I had odd windows. ?A?s? on everything, we are totally happy! We got them, they came out, they did what they said they were going to do. They showed up when they said they were going to, they did a nice job, they were pleasant to deal with. They did everything great!

They were courteous and I had some debris at the end of my driveway that they took away for me. They did a great job cleaning the gutters. I was happy with them.

I used to love this company and their people. They cost more -- but to me, it was worth it....until last year when I not only rec'd terrible -- inept service; but my front window was damaged by the crew banging the ladder against the house and was never repaired. The crew apologized and stated the company/owner would fix it. The owner was rude and dismissive. There are likely few instances of this, so the Company has been able to maintain their good rating -- but buyer beware...if something does go wrong -- you are working with someone who does not stand behind their work.

They performed an on-site estimate and gave me an expensive quote which I reluctantly agreed to because my windows are quite dirty/old. But once the workers arrived they changed their mind and said they don't 'do this kind of work.' They left me high and dry the day before I planned to move into my new house with no room in the schedule to book someone else. I guess they didn't want to work 'that' hard. Avoid - looks like they have a pattern of bait and switch according to yelp.

They were reliable. They showed up when they were supposed to. They called to verify they were coming. They did a great job. They seemed very reasonable.

The provider arrived on time and was very professional. I am very pleased with the work that was done, and plan to use them in the future. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

My windows were quite dirty as the previous homeowner hadn't cleaned in a very long time. They sparkled when they were done. Very polite, great work!! Super Happy!

Pressure washed driveway and sidewalk looked great. I was not able to keep my eye on the window washing process and felt that a couple of windows may have been missed, but the windows that were washed looked good.

They did a good job. Reggie and Anthony were very nice to work with. You need to be very careful with the pricing that is outlined in the offer. The offer is for a certain number of windows to be cleaned inside/outside for a certain sum. We had some confusion but we did get it worked out. There can be some extra charges for windows with panes. The men who come out need to be more aware of the Angie's List deal. The quality of their work was good and I will probably use them again in the future.

Services were professional throughout the process and completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. I would use them again and refer Sunshine to others.

Great. They cleaned the windows screens and frames. When they finished, it was really clean!
