THE WORK PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT. THE PROVIDER SENT TWO WORKMEN. ONE CONCENTRATED ON THE EXTERIOR, WHILE THE SECOND TOOK CARE OF THE CHANDELIER AND THE HUGE PICTURE WINDOW. THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE, BUT THE ONLY DISCREPANCY WAS TARDINESS. THEY WERE EXPECTED BETWEEN 1-3 PM. AT 3:30 THEY CALLED TO SAY THEY WOULD BE THERE IN 20 MINUTES. I FELT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. FOR AN EXTRA $1.50 PER WINDOW, I COULD HAVE HAD ALL THE SAME WINDOWS WASHED ON THE INTERIOR, BUT I OPTED TO WASH THEM MYSELF DUE TO PERSONAL ISSUES WITHIN THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: I HAD ALL THE WINDOWS ON THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOUSE WASHED (16 IN ALL), AS WELL AS THE INSIDE AND OUT OF A HUGE PICTURE WINDOW THAT COULD NOT BE REACHED BY STANDARD EXTENSION LADDERS. ALSO, I HAD A HALL CHANDELIER WASHED.

THEY WERE EARLY. TOO EARLY. NOT USUALLY A PROBLEM FOR MOST PEOPLE, BUT I WORK FROM HOME SO I WAS SCHEDULING CONFERENCE CALLS AND MY WORKLOAD BASED ON THE TIME THEY WERE TO ARRIVE. THE WINDOW CLEANING WAS COMPETITIVELY PRICED, BUT I THOUGHT THE PAINT SCRAPING WAS OVER-PRICED FOR THE AMOUNT OF PAINT ON THE WINDOWS. I THINK THE WINDOW SILLS SHOULD BE WIPED AND/OR CLEANED AS WELL, AND I THINK ANY DUST OR DEBRIS THAT FALLS ON THE INSIDE (ON THE FLOOR) SHOULD BE CLEANED UP. I HAD TO VACUUM UNDER EACH WINDOW, AND I HAD TO CLEAN THE TUB WHERE DEBRIS WAS LEFT.
