These folks are always on time. I had what I thought was a problem with a gutter downspout about a week after they cleaned the gutters and they came back with no questions asked and cleaned the downspout again, no questions asked with a smile. They cleaned up afterwards. I will recommend them to anyone.

They were on time and very neat and polite and did an excellent job cleaning the windows and pressure the washing the house and gutters. I got a rough estimate over the phone and they were able to come do the work the next day, giving me a firm estimate after they arrived and counted the windows.

I was very pleased. The company was able to schedule me within a few days of my call. I was given an estimate over the phone. I received a courtesy call about their approximate time of arrival and they were there as promised. When the men arrived a count was done of the actual windows to be cleaned and I was given the amount. I added a few windows and a light fixture and was given an estimate before the work was started. They were professional and polite.

THEY WERE REFERRED TO ME BY SOMEONE ELSE. I'VE JUST USED THEM ONCE, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH, AND THEY WERE PROMPT. THERE WERE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY WERE PROMPT IN TERMS THAT I CALLED AND WAS ABLE TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.

Right on time, very polite, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and did no damage with the pressure washer. I thought the price was pretty high, but they came highly recommended (pre-Angie's list participation), and I trusted them based on the source of that recommendation. Had nothing to compare it to except individuals who do this type of work, so any other company who did the same might have been as high.

Easy to schedule and they showed up early after giving me a call to see if it was okay. They were polite, performed work efficiently. Were careful inside the house (wore protective foot covers).

When I called to ask for information I was given an estimate based on the amount of windows and the type of windows. He then told me that during the month of February they were running a 20% discount. I told him that I wanted to schedule the cleaning and he asked if in a couple of hours would work out for me since they had the time. So Nathan with Sunshine came and cleaned all the windows...he was here about 4 1/2 hours and did a very thorough job. He was very polite and personable and a delight to have working in our house.

THE CREW AND LEADER WERE EFFICIENT, POLITE, AND QUICK. THEY WASHED ALL OUR WINDOWS, IN AND OUT, AND THEY WASHED THE SILLS FOR NO EXTRA COST. THEY ALSO OFFERED TO DO THE WINDOWS IN OUR RICKETY, OLD FALLING DOWN SHED IN THE BACKYARD, AND I HAVE TO SAY I DON'T MIND LOOKING AT IT AS MUCH NOW THAT THE WINDOWS AND DOOR GLASS SHINE SO NICELY! THE REP ON THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND THOROUGH IN SETTING UP THE JOB. SHE ALSO GOT THE JOB SET UP QUICKLY AND FOLLOWED THROUGH ON THE ARRIVAL TIME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, THEY ARE POLITE AND NICE TO DEAL WITH, AND THEIR PRICING IS FAIR.

THE PERSON TAKING MY INITIAL CALL WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PROVIDING A ROUGH ESTIMATE, ASKING QUESTIONS TO HELP DETERMINE THE SIZE OF THE HOUSE AND THE DRIVEWAY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

TWO EMPLOYEES SHOWED UP ON TIME, QUOTED THE JOB INCLUDING AN ADDITIONAL SECTION OF THE FRONT PARKING AREA THAT I DECIDED TO DO AT THE LAST MINUTE.
