Sunshine Window Cleaning

What a wonderful experience. Michael called to let us know he would be a few minutes late. When he arrived he was polite and ready to work. In about five minutes, he told me what the project would cost and exactly what they would be doing. Then they went to work. In less than 3 hours I had beautifully clean windows. They were very careful as they moved things in order to clean windows. When they finished, he asked me to look at the window to make sure I was satisfied. This is the first time I have not washed my own windows. It was such a good experience and price, I will never wash them myself again.

The windows looked absolutely fabulous. Everyone who came to visit said that it looked like we'd gotten a new coat of paint on the house. Our windows were really nasty, so it took them a little longer than estimated. They wore shoe covers and so did not track anything into the house, but there was some debris left in the house near the windows where they were working. They put a small divot in our drywall in one bathroom that is rather noticeable due to the location. They would get an excellent in my book if not for that. Price was competitive

Nathan and Omar did a great job. They arrived on time and provided me with a quote prior to starting the job. Nathan gave me suggestions on the care of the gutters and future cleaning. He also pointed out some areas on the driveway and walkway that they could not get clean.

They were wonderful, professional, and efficient. They had to reschedule due to rain, but were very accommodating to a new date. On time. I will use this company again and recommend to neighbors. I was thrilled with the results.

Because we had a relatively small project, they were able to make a space for us on the Friday or Saturday of the same week I called on a Wednesday. They said that a crew would come at the end of their daily schedule. No one showed up or called on the assigned days, but the following Monday a crew called, came at the time that they stated, and did a great job. While the initial no show was annoying, I am understanding about it because we weren't actually on the schedule. The work the crew did was excellent. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I'd use them again.

They called to let me know they were running a little behind. Once they arrived, they gave me an exact price as explained. They were professional and courteous and wore shoe-protectors while working inside the house to make sure they didn't track anything inside.

Very good service and they work on Saturdays.

The work was done well. An estimate was presented prior to starting the work. The 2 workers were very professional and did a good job.

They were very prompt and called to let me know a half hour before they came. They went very professional, positive attitude and worked diligently the whole time they were there. They showed me broken panes I had, answered questions without pause, were optimistic and good natured to be around. I would definitely use them again.

My husband sent me their information from Angie's list. I called the week before Christmas and was told it couldn't be done before Christmas. However, if the cleaners got done early at another job they would call me. They called me the next day and arrived within the hour. They were polite, clean, quality job, actually, they came back to clean a window they noticed from the outside wasn't done to their satisfaction.

Window cleaning went well. Had a bit of a mishap when they tried to turn around their van in my midget backyard, and damaged my back stairs. Getting things resolved has taken a little time, due to the materials used on the original deck/stairs, but Sunshine has never suggested anything but that they would handle paying for the repairs.

They arrived on time, gave me an accurate estimate, discussed options for how to clean some of th windows. They were very neat and careful. They explained their method. When problems or questions arose, they asked me right away what I wanted to do. They were efficient and professional and reviewed the job at completion. My windows look soooooo much better!

Miguel arrived half an hour early, which was great, and did an outside tour of my house to firm up the estimate. He told me the price and then proceeded to clean, with another man, each window and door. Miguel did the inside part and the other man did the outside, and they worked together on the same window until each was bright and sparkling clean. They worked quickly, but everything was beautiful, no streaks, no dirt, no pollen was left behind.

From the first telephone contact, I found this company to be responsive, friendly, reliable and competent. They arrived on time for both estimate day and work day. They performed their work with much care about moving things in front of windows. They kept things clean around them while working and put everything back in place.

Very professional, came on time and did a great job. Only part that could have been better is that the company didn't disclose that cleaning the screens would cost extra.

Very pleased with the results. Windows sparkle, house is clean. They were courteous and professional. Asked for rags to catch any possible leakage under the doors from the power washing. Thorough job on the gutters. I wish they had offered the gutters and powerwashing when I initially called to set up the service. We could have had time to discuss and decide. There was an element of feeling like a high pressure sales to it (all being done at the last minute).

Arrived on time; called first as requested. One man cleaned outside while the other cleaned the chandelier and inside windows. They were pleasant, professional, helpful and efficient.

It was great. Two workers showed up a few minutes early, did exactly what had been agreed to, and did a great job. I particularly appreciated the fact that they removed (and replaced) my screens. Other pressure washing companies had me do that myself.

They were exactly on time. I had been given a window when I called to schedule. Alex called several times throughout the day to give me an update on when they were expected to arrive. They finished in about an hour, were very professional and very nice. The service was very reasonably priced. I have already recommended them to my next door neighbors.

Came a little earlier than I expected because of a cancellation, but did call in advance, so it was okay.

Job was excellent. Honest appraisal of needs and high-quality performance.

They did a great job. No issues or problems to report. The cost was a bit pricey, however I would probably pay it again, given the outcome.
