Sunshine Window Cleaning

Guys were super-polite. One handled the outside windows and the other inside. The inside guy wore booties. They worked quickly, and my windows have never been so sparkling. I'm thrilled with their work and asked for a quote for my office building.

Michael arrived exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job. He was by far the nicest, most professional worker we have ever had at our home.

I was very impressed with the 2 employees who came to my house. They were very efficient and professional. It took about 4 1/2 Hours to complete the job and they worked non-stop until the job was done. The cost seems high but I did not have to worry about any damage or carelessness. All our glass is sparkling today!!!

My wife and I were anticipating having a large party in 3 days, and we realized at the last minute that our windows looked horrible! We have a modern contemporary house with a great room that has two entire walls of glass, so forgetting this would be a big (and obvious) mistake. I called the company the night before, and they called back first thing in the morning. Although they usually ran 2 weeks ahead on scheduling, they bumped us to the front of the line, and came out the same afternoon. They didn't charge a driving fee (even though they came from Marietta and we live in Stone Mountain) or screen removal fee. The price was good, quite competitive and considerably less than another high-quality local firm. They carefully explained how they arrived at that price, and didn't mind me asking a couple of questions about some details. When I asked about their insurance, they quickly showed me their insurance policy, which they keep on their clipboard. Because I had two types of jobs done at the same time (window and pressure washing), they offered a discount. The two crew members were polite and helpful, and absolutely competent. The windows are sparkling, the driveway and decks are beautiful, and they left NO mess. They stayed six hours until the job was done, and did exactly what needed to be done. I have absolutely no complaints, only great things to say. They will have my business forever. No need to look further.

They do a great job on the windows. Different story on the gutters. They basically blew off the roof and removed clogged leaves in some of the gutters, but didn't do a thorough job. There is still a lot of gunk in the gutters all the way around the house. I guess I expected them to spray the gutters out and get down to the metal rather than leave a thick layer of composted material in the bottom. They also left the gutter guards open in different places around the house. When I pointed this out, they argued with me. I then refused to give them the check until they walked around with me and I pointed to all the open guards. Finally they put the ladders back up and fixed them. A couple of weeks after they left, I happened to be on a ladder because of something on the roof and saw the state of the gutters. NOT CLEAN! Hire this company for your windows, not your gutters.

Everything went very well. I had been told to expect the technicians between 8:30 and 9:00 AM; they arrived exactly at 8:30. I had been told that they would first look over the project and give me an estimate, which they did. The estimate was explained to me in detail, and the cost of each part of the project (windows inside and out, sun room outside, and gutters) was given separately, as well as the total cost. All of my questions were answered clearly, completely, and courteously. The men then began to work: first they cleaned the gutters (and removed the debris to the location I specified); this cleaning included using the blower to blast air down the drain pipes, to make sure they were cleaned too. To clean the windows and sun room, one man worked outside, focusing on the sun room. The other cleaned the outsides of the windows, and then came in the house to clean the inside of the windows. He was quiet in his work, courteous, and did not disrupt me as I worked in my home-based business. They finished in a little over 3 hours. I looked over everything they had done, and pointed out a couple of spots not done to my complete satisfaction; the men promptly corrected these small items. I learned from them that my windows can be removed (which was how both sides of the sliding windows were cleaned)! And, for the first time since moving to this house last year, I can now look up through the clear glass of the sun room roof. The final cost was the same as the amount of the estimate.

We have a multi-story, contemporary home with lots of very large (and tall) plate glass windows. I called Sunshine to have someone come out and do an estimate. The woman I spoke with was able to give my an estimate over the phone based on my description of our home. The estimate very close to the actual amount charged. I made an appointment for the following week to have the service done. The woman I spoke with called me back that day to say that they had a cancellation and could do the windows in two day. The window cleaner arrived exactly on time, they were courteous and I could hardly tell that they were there. They cleaned all of our gutters, washed all of the windows and skylights inside and out and were done in about 6 hours. They workers obviously take pride in their work. The windows and skylights look great, and the gutters were very well cleaned. We are very satisfied.

Very professional. gave me a quote I thought was in line with similar jobs I rated in Angies list. I thought the quote for pressure washing the concrete was a bit high but they reduced from $375 to $250 in order to get my business. They finished in the time quoted and left everything immaculate.

The phone operators at Sunshine answered the phone promptly and gave me an estimate based on the number of windows I had and explained there would be additional fees for extra services performed in the field. I would be given a firm price by the crew before any work was performed. Their lead time was 2 weeks and I was given a 3 hour window when the crew would appear to work. On my scheduled day, the crew was running late. It would have been 6 p.m. when they arrived to begin work. I had a meeting that evening, so I had to reschedule. I was put on the cancellation list for the next day and definitely rescheduled for later in the week. A representative called the next morning to say she had a crew available. The crew arrived promptly, surveyed my house and gave me an estimate. The estimate was close, but keep in mind that what you think counts as 1 window may actually be 2 windows with their definition of single window. The crew removed all the screens in the house and promptly began cleaning all of the outside windows. Two and a half hours later, I had sparkling clean windows and they were pulling out for their next job. The guys were very polite and did an efficient job of cleaning my windows - much better than I certainly could have done in that same amount of time, plus they had the ladders that could reach the third story windows on the rear of my home. IMHO, it was money certainly well spent. I certainly see why they have so many A ratings from Angie's List members.

The two workers that came were seemingly knowledgeable. They were conversant and very good listeners. They were very honest about pricing. They favorably surprised us, we hadn't asked them to pressure wash our patio furniture, and they washed them for us.

It went excellent. He was prompt. I called him up and a few days later he was there. I asked him to make sure he put a guard around the pool and he told me that they normally do this. The pool was swimmable the next day.

The company went out of their way to schedule us at an earlier time. The team arrived on time and did a walk around to give us an accurate price. The worked was performed very well and in a reasonable amount of time. I will have this Sunshine back again to clean my house!

The team came out and performed all the work requested. Unfortunately, the quality of the job was not as good as the last time I used this company. The deck was done very well however my house still showed areas which were not so clean. I actually had to ask the guys to go back and do sporadic areas. The other thing that annyoed me was that they never picked up the rubber mat in the front and back of the house when they sprayed down the area. They actually went around the mats. The screens were barely washed. FYI.. I removed the screens prior to their arrival and put them back myself. The price to pressure wash the deck was as much as the whole house and I have a small deck.

They were the cleanest and nicest dressed handymen I have ever seen. They were polite in person and on the phone. They were very efficient and professional.

Things went exactly as planned. I called them on a Thursday and they were able to fit me in on Friday afternoon, "weather permitting". Fortunately, the weather cooperated. They were here and gone in fifteenish minutes, with one person on the roof and another cleaning up on the ground.

From start to finish I was impressed. Receptionist very personable and professional, called me to reschedule when it looked like rain, let me know what to expect in terms of who will arrive. Hugo arrived on time, after calling 45 minutes out to let me know they were on the way. He went over the plan and estimate, which was what I'd discussed by phone. Very kind and professional. He and his partner wore shoe covers and were very careful of my furniture and items needing moving, as well as minding the dog to be sure she did not get out of an open gate. It took just under two hours, and I'm left with beautiful gleaming views!

I telephoned the company to obtain an estimate and take advantage of their 20% off sale for January and February. I scheduled an appointment and was told that a worker would telephone me about 30 minutes before his arrival. On the scheduled date, Nathan did telephone to let me know that he and another worker would be at my house in about 30 minutes. After they arrived, Nathan used black plastic to cover my new wooden front door to prevent it from being damaged by the pressure washing. Both workers were professional and courteous and did an excellent job. My gutters and house look as though they had just been painted!
