Sunshine Window Cleaning

We've used Sunshine a few times over the years and they've always done a good job. This time though Eli, the tech that came out and his crew did an exceptional job. - Highly recommend them.

I called to request an appointment for a proposal for window cleaning on a very large home and the receptionist told me they do not have anyone to send out for proposals, that they have a set price at $10 per window. I explained that we have over 200 windows at a variety of sizes and asked how she could quote $10 per with a mixture of small windows to very large windows. She said that's just how they do it and that pricing for anything over a "normal" size would be priced during the job. I asked what is normal size and she could not give specifics. What a waste of time! I didn't have trouble getting other window cleaning companies to do a proposal. Sorry Sunshine, you lost out on a $1,500+ residual job!!!

Sunshine did a great job cleaning my windows. They were early, did a great job inside and out. Will definitely use them again.

Very good job. They forgot one skylight, and when brought to their attention, they came back promptly and did it. They also offered me a reduced price if I wanted to pass. They also cleaned a gutter that needed cleaning and replaced gutter guard that had fallen off. They cleaned 4 glass doors, 13 oversized windows and 16 standard size windows plus the skylight inside and out for about $900. They are surely not the cheapest, but they did a good job and were easy to deal with.

I purchased voucher from Angies List and call this company. A friendly lady was on the phone and went ahead scheduling the power wash appointment with me. She listened to what I was saying and scheduled an appointment which was sooner than I expected which was great. On the day, their crew arrived at the house and called me while I was away. We met there and I walked them through my house plus an extra space at the back which needs extra cleaning. They offered to clean that space plus my driveway with a reasonable quote. I authorized it to be charged on my credit card. Then I left them there working on my house. Hours later I received a phone call from the crew saying they had completed. I went to the house later and saw everything was fine! They saved my time and got the job done!

All windows were cleaned and they were very dirty. Excellent job.

They showed up on time, did the job beautifully, and the house looked great! My daughter has used them also, and was very pleased. They had trouble accessing her back yard and they waited for someone to let them in for her. We are satisfied customers, and would use them again.

The men were on time, careful in their work, did not bemoan the extra work we requested and left us with everything sparkling. I have used Sunshine Window Cleaning for at least ten to twelve years and recommend them highly. I see the same personnel frequently. At my home in Windward, they also cleaned the chandelier and pressure washed the driveway. Excellent service!

Great service and very professional!

They broke some of the screen holders, they were tough on the screens themselves. The assistant was combative when questioned about the quality of the work. They did return a few days later to attach new screen holders that they broke.

Nice family run business They did a nice job. I just see one little spot that they didn't catch but it was hard to see with they way the sun was hitting the window. Only could see the spot the next day.

Evidently finishing quickly was more important than being thorough. Several windows were missed and not cleaned, water was dripped/splattered on furniture and floor, siding on house had to be re-pressure washed. Gutter cleaning resulted in debris and dirt being left on patio and lawn. Very disappointing especially in light of positive recommendations passed on by friends.

This was a big deal purchase. They are good. This is my second time with them.

I generally dislike superlatives but I can not find enough to describe the professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness of this company. I am always anxious the first time I use a new service, even if it is on Angie's List. Once Alex and his associate showed up I felt completely confident. They were precisely on time, discussed with me what I wanted to have done and then explained for me to approve (or not). precisely what the cost would be. Apparently he noticed the condition of my driveway and mentioned that they do pressure washing also. I agreed to have them do that. Their work exceeded my highest expectation. Then, this tops it all off. After I had paid and they left, I came to Angie's list to write a review. I noticed that there was a 10% off coupon. I emailed asking for the discount and expected to have to be assertive. But instead I received an email back right away saying they would certainly honor the discount, did I pay with a credit care or check. I said "a check" and she said she would put my refund in the mail immediately. I could go on describing in detail how well they did everything, but you get my point. This is absolutely one of the finest companies of any kind I have ever worked with and I highly recommend them. (I tried to attach photos but Angie's list froze up every time I tried to attach them)

This is the second time I have use Sunshine Window Cleaning. They do an outstanding, professional job plus being pleasant and accommodating. They arrived on time and were able to get the work done efficiently. In addition, I had a simple additional task that required a tall ladder and they were pleased to do that. They also showed me several windows and a skylight that were beginning to get cloudy where the seals were leaking. When I had them here last year they also pressure washed my driveway and deck. They did an excellent job and I will definitely use them in the future. The central office even did a follow-up contact to make sure the service was done w
