The 2 men on the job were really good! Knew what they were doing and provided with the extra services i needed on the same day. Pleasure working this company.

Got an Angie's big deal for window cleaning and gutter cleaning from the same company. The were highly rated from a number of sources. See separate gutter cleaning review. I had more windows than Angie's Big Deal allowed but they added the additional windows at the usual rate. The windows looked great!

Showed up a little early and had a little trouble making sure someone was available. Totally NOT their fault. Was also having problem with downspout drainage which they were able to fix.

Donny, the Technician was polite, professional and on time. Did a great job. The office called the day before to confirm the appointment. I would definitely recommend Sunshine to friends and neighbors.

Did an excellent job of cleaning gutters around the house. Very professional, prompt and helpful.

The owner came with an employee and they really had to hurry due to an oncoming thunder storm. I noticed some areas that they had missed, and they were apologetic and quickly attended to the specific area. It's been 4 weeks since the pressure cleaning and the house still looks clean. I am really happy with the work done on my home.

Was able to schedule cleaning on short notice. Cleaners came exactly on time. After counting our windows, we agreed that my count was off. They applied the Angies List special price for 35 windows ($295), charged a very reasonable amount for the remaining 23 windows ($160), including a large, very high foyer window. Both men worked diligently and were able to complete the job in one (long) afternoon. The windows are immaculate. The men were very polite, and worked around our moving-in chaos without complaint.

On time, walked out to assure there would be no up charges and very professional.

We have large cathedral 70's style windows and odd shaped windows. All were cleaned perfectly. The original bid was for $315 minus a 10% off "special' for $283. but for another $175 they offered to power wash the entire exterior. At first we were uneasy about the "upsale" but as it turned out we got more than our monies worth. They power washed the semi flat roof and cleaned the gutters as well as washing the the screens on our screen porch. The team of two moved all the furniture off the porch and around the exterior and they moved all items from the base of the house before they started to wash. At the end everything was replaced. In addition the technicians were very professional, polite and a bit charming.

This morning at 11am - an hour before he was due to arrive - the window cleaner called to tell me that he is simply not coming to my house today. He claimed that he was in the middle of a really long job today and he simply couldn't come to clean the windows on my house, and then he asked me to call his boss to let his boss know that he's not coming to my house today. I appreciate that this is Labor Day weekend, but if he didn't want to clean windows on Labor Day weekend, then he should have arranged that with his boss when his boss scheduled him to come clean the windows at my house. Anyway, I'm off to enjoy Labor Day weekend myself!

Arrived on time, got right to work, did a great job since it was really dirty and a biggie, they were careful of my flower beds! Most workers I've had just pretend the beds and plants don't even exist and just stomp on everything in their path. So was a happy camper with this service and would recommend. They had worked for me once before cleaning my gutters and did a great job there too.

Second time using this company! Shout out to Miguel and brother Gerardo! The details are simple: these guys came last year and made our windows SHINE! (That is the description my teenage son gave when I called to check and see how the work went.) They gave a repeat performance this year.

These guys were top notch. They showed up on time, were professional, and did excellent work. They thoroughly cleaned my windows to a high standard. They cleaned my windows inside my home as well and were professional. I would highly recommend this company,

David arrived at our house at the scheduled time and gave us an estimate. He told us exactly what they would do and how they would do it. We accepted his estimate and were told when they would arrive to start working. They arrived at the proper time, did their work, and were very professional. We were very pleased with the price and the finished work. These people are hard workers and do not waste time. My wife and I were extremely pleased with them and will certainly use them again.

Showed up on schedule and did inside first so I could leave. They also cleaned the chandelier. Work was very good, they use a wash and squeegy.

On the actual day of service the team arrived on time and began the cleaning process. I was pleased with the pressure washing on my house but when cleaning my patio, the worker did not move anything and I questioned why? I was told it would be extra to clean. I informed the workers I paid for extra sq ft in order to make certain my deck would be cleaned and ready for sealing and staining. The worker phoned the office and I asked to speak to someone in charge and explained the situation. However, the worker decreased the amt of solution on half of my deck and on the front porch. Basically they did a poor job on the remainder of the work. Before the workers left, I discovered that my electricity no longer was working in my pantry, laundry rm, hallway and bath downstairs ( which was working earlier because I was cooking when they arrived and had to go into pantry several times) so I phoned the ofc to inform them of the problem. I had to call an electrician in to service the problem and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. I spoke with Keith who said he was the owner but he said the manager would send the check out. The owner was rather rude and questioned why the cost was so low. I explained that the electrician was a co-worker and was giving me a discount because he knew me and knew I was dealing with a lot of issues. I could have passed along the full price instead of my discounted price but did not. To this day I have not received any funds or any reply. I do not care to deal with this company again because they have left a very bad impression as if I have done something wrong which I did not. So of course, I am insulted.... The owner should have been glad that the cost was not any higher instead of questioning my integrity.

The company showed up on time and walked around with me while I showed them my home and the buried, underground drain pipes - I was put off initially b/c one of the first things the lead operator said to me was, "We don't guarantee that we'll get the clogs out" - In retrospect, I should have stopped there - But I didn't - We have 5 downspouts that are all plumbed / buried underground - The drainage pipes that are buried are the typical black corrugated kind - No trees / roots to interfere - Their cleaning technique is a spraying head on a flexible hose on a power washer - In the end, they tried them all and failed on all the drains - These drains have been cleaned before - The only thing in them are leaves/pinestraw - I really think the fellas worked ok, with what they had, they were just underprepared and didn't have the right tools.
