Sunshine Window Cleaning

Everything went well. The team arrived asked / confirmed what I wanted done and then they surveyed my property, and then discussed their approach and options / pricing, and how much time it would take (for me, it only took 2 people an hour to complete the cleaning). I couldn't be happier with their work. :)

The dealer would not honor the $100 deal for pressure washing 1,000 Sq Ft. The dealer quoted $135.00 to cover the cost of detergent and said the square footage of the driveway was "around #1200 Ft". The estimate made by the dealer was not made with a tape measure and my estimate was made with a tape measure. I was surprised that detergent was an extra charge! However, the work was of good quality and rates a B. Responsiveness rates as a C because it took 9 days from the initial call for service to schedule the work.

They cleaned even hard to get to sky lights and I had never seen so much light come into our home.

They got the house and charged extra and I was disappointed with that. I ended up paying more than I wanted.

It was okay. It went fairly well and they did what they needed to do.There was an extra charge because of the height of the building. The workers were great and I think the quality of the work could be a little better because some of the windows it was tricky.

The 2-person crew showed up on time and they were both very polite and professional. We had booked the service through an Angie's List deal, and frankly expected to be up-charged a little given the number of picture windows and half-rounds we had. After the crew did their inventory, they came back and said while they could charge us more, it wasn't enough to worry about and they waived the excess on the spot. As to the work itself, we couldn't be happier. They moved through the house quickly and the results were really great. We were surprised at what a difference it made in how the house looked as well as how clean the windows were. We'd use them again in a heartbeat .

I am so happy with the beautiful, shiny windows inside and out. 2 very professional workers arrived, counted the windows, knew about my Angie's List discount and quoted me a price which was a little more than I had thought, since the storm windows are counted separately. However, we did bargain on what they would leave undone (the easy to reach doors and inside kitchen windows. These they did add later (one at no extra cost and one at a discount). In 3 hours they had completed the work including cleaning the sills and there was no mess anywhere. What a good service they provided at a price that I was willing to pay to get it all done at once!!

The actual work performed was excellent. However, I booked through Angie's List directly. The response I got automated was that someone would call me to schedule by a certain date. That date passed so I called them. They did not know I had placed the order through the Angie's List coupon. I was told that Angie's List takes the payment, takes their cut, then notifies the provider. I was told that they received no such notification from Angie's List.

Marshall did a magnificent job. He was courteous, professional and totally commited to making us happy; he even cleaned trim around the windows, which we had not expected or asked for. Job went so well that we are planning to make this a semi-annual event. Highest possible recommendation.

Total misrepresentation of cost for service. Sales person on site on day of service increased his rates and reduced understood agreed service.

No problems whatsoever. They were prompt, completed teh job quickly and left the windows in great shape.

They arrived on time. Cleaned the windows and did a great job. Pointed out a defect in one of my windows which I appreciated since I had just bought the home. In process of getting it replaced. I plan to use them again in future.

The contact was made via Angie's list messaging system. I was called promptly to schedule an appt, this was greatly appreciated. The gutters were very full and we really wanted them clean before more rain came in. This is a house less than a year old and it was the first time we had them cleaned. The crew arrived on time and greeted us and just said they would get to work. Job completed on time and cleaned up very nicely. The reason why I would not use the service again is because of the price. Our prior home was 4,500 sq feet, three stories, and we paid half that amount for less service.

I had to reschedule this visit twice due to weather and Sunshine Window Cleaning was understanding and courteous about that. Miguel and Daniel showed up on time which is always appreciated. The service counts small transoms and very small side windows as separate windows for pricing, (I believe this is common practice for the industry.) so I had them skip a few easy to wash windows and paid extra for a couple of others. The crew worked quickly, and when they were done, I found one window with a very small smudge that they quickly went back over. Miguel and Daniel were polite, professional, and wore shoe covers as you would expect. The work performed was excellent, top shelf all the way. (It's nice to look out clean windows again!) I highly recommend this business, and will certainly keep them in mind when I am in need of a service they provide.

Anthony and Alfredo arrived promptly and consulted with me about the services I'd requested (window cleaning). After a preview/walk around the house, Anthony recommended a house-washing due to build-up of dirt and mildew on the eaves, around windows and trim - as well as a pressure wash of the brick walkway and stoop, which had gotten covered with moss due from all the rain. I agreed, and am so glad I did - my house looks so bright and fresh. Even though I opted out of window cleaning this time, the majority of the dirt on the glass is gone, and the trim is bright and clean. In a little over 2 hours, Alfredo effectively created a makeover of our whole house. Definitely would recommend Sunshine to others and would have them return in the future.

It went great. They were efficient and price was fair. I will definitely use them again.

Great crew very polite and punctual. Took their time explaining everything. Our house had one side that had some moss growing on because of a tree that was there (and has since been chopped down) and they cleaned that up amazingly well. It looks like it was just repainted. The gutters we have are the types that are covered and they cleaned them with a power washer. Those guys went up to the most top part of the roof, which is about 3.5 floors up, and cleaned things thoroughly. This is a professional, no nonsense service. Straight up and honest about the work they do, and they do it extremely well.

Owner quoted me Angie's list deals to purchase to cover work to be performed. I purchased those deals. We had an understanding that since this was a rental home, and I would not be onsite, that if additional charges were to be incurred, his crew was to call me to get confirmation they could proceed with the additional services to be performed. They showed up on time, realized the area to be cleaned (driveway) was a little bit larger than what I had quoted and received authorization/approval from the renter they could perform the additional work. I explicitly stated to the owner, in my email interactions with him via Angie's list, that I was to be contacted directly if additional charges were to be incurred to approve or advise on not performing that work. This never occurred. The owner of Sunshine then sent me a scathing email indicating I needed to pay for the extra work and it was unethical of me to not pay for the work given my tenant approved the additional work be performed. I explained to him that since it was a failure on his part, to ensure his crew knew they needed to contact me directly for approval, since I own the house and the renter - who was moving out in 2 days, had not authority to approve additional work, I was not going to pay for the extra work. Ultimately, this is an example of a business owner, who did not properly communicate with his crew, and in lieu of calling me to obtain the necessary approvals for additional work, instead, wanted to utilize the confirmation of the renter who has no authority to approve the work since the contract for services was between myself and Sunshine. As someone who is an owner of 2 of their own businesses, it is a shameful practice on their part to ask the customer to assume the extra charges when they never received the proper approvals to proceed with the additional work. This is particularly wrong given I EXPLICITLY stated in my numerous email interactions, via Angie's List, with the owner, that if additional charges were to be incurred, I was to be notified and approve them.

I had more windows than the limit of 35, so there were some extra charges, but they did inform me of this before hand. It was a great service and I have never seen my windows cleaner than they are now. They are very professional, nice, and accommodating. I could not be more pleased.

They arrived on time and provided the service that I had signed up for; I wanted a walkway cleaned as well so there was an additional charge. Overall, the areas cleaned looked so much better after they finished.

Sunshine did an excellent job after several weeks of scheduling conflicts due to my schedule and theirs. They did an excellent job and will continue to use their services in the future

As a repeat customer, I can't say enough about the professionalism yet personalized care I've received over the years. The value is evidenced by our finished product. We had all windows of a 3 story house cleaned both inside and outside, along with the light fixtures. This year we added pressure washing both the deck, walkways, and porch. They even replaced older bulbs in outside the light fixtures! Everything was gleaming for Thanksgiving!

Easy to schedule. Showed on time. Windows were spotless and crew was really nice.
