Description of Work: Sunshine washed my windows outside. The man who came was on time, courteous, and well presented. He counted the windows by type and presented an estimate and then started work. The only problem was that he was alone, which made me uncomfortable from a safety and time perspective. When I requested the service by phone, I was clear that the house has about 80 windows, all of separately mullioned panes, and has 3 stories, covering about 30 feet in height to reach the top floor. When I found out the guy was alone I called the office and told the person I had expected at least 2 people for such a large job. I believe it was "Frank, the office manager" who was totally defensive and even said he didn't think I could understand what he was saying (several people had called in sick so one job had to be assigned only one person). We both clearly spoke English so his comment had to be directed at my assumed lack of intellect. I told him I just thought a smaller job would have been preferable for a 1-man crew. We simply agreed to disagree on the proper service for my home and hung up. He was not at all courteous or interested in pleasing a customer.

Description of Work: Servicemen were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They wore booties over their shoes when they washed the inside windows. They worked quickly but did a great job. The people I spoke to in the office were courteous and answered all my questions. The price charged was consistent with the quote on the phone.

Description of Work: We have lots of windows that are double paned for insulation. Plus we have two bay windows that are also double paned. The worker who came to my house over the summer did an awesome job. I have used this company before, and would use them again. Getting your windows cleaned is a luxury. In fact, the last time I had them done was four yrs. prior to this appt. I did not realize how beautiful our house looked with clean windows. It was well worth my money! Love the company includeing receptionist who scheduled my appt.!

Description of Work: They blew the debris off the roof, cleaned all the outside windows (they had to remove the storm windows, and pressured washed the house, pool decking, patio and the arbor around the pool.

Description of Work: We hired them to wash and seal 3 decks, including railings and steps. They were so pleasant that we also hired them to pressure wash the trim, gutters and windows of our house and guest house. For windows, we just pressure washed, rinsed and dried with towels; that is not a perfect method, but it is relatively quick and easy when you have as many windows as we do. We paid $2,020 for the decks and $450 for the pressure washing. The price was reasonable, they were punctual and couldn't have been more gentlemanly. We would certainly hire them again and would recommend Severin & Antoine to anyone!

Description of Work: These young men were highly experienced. We have a 14 ft. window in our living room. Outside, this same window is 2 stories up! I was pleasantly surprised to see this young man getting the job done effortlessly! Inside, I have a baby grand piano next to the 14 ft. window. Not a single drop of water was dropped on the red oak floor or piano!
