Stand Up Guys Junk Removal

Patrick and Jerry showed up on time and went over exactly what we needed removed. They both were very professional and polite. They worked non stop the entire time which was most of the day. There was a lot of stuff to be removed and also small limbs, leaves etc. My Mom is elderly and she is so thankful and grateful that they came out, did a great job hauling away a truck full of items. We have some other things we need to have removed and we will definitely have them come back out to remove those items as well. They went above and beyond in my opinion and I would highly recommend them.

They arrived a little after the appointment window because the previous job ran longer than expected. They did a nice job: quick, efficient, and friendly.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Phone contact was easy (to a person, not a machine), scheduling was simple and prompt, pricing was clear. The two man crew came when scheduled and moved with dispatch to carefully remove all items, some of which were heavy and bulky, taking care to avoid damage to floors or furniture. I would plan to use this company in the future and recommend them without reservation. The crew lead, Jun, did an excellent job, problem solving on the spot and loading his truck carefully to minimize cost to me. Hire these guys!

Outstanding! We purchased the deal from the Angie's list site after seeing the earlier positive reviews. I had questions, sending them a message, and the response was quick and courteous, followed by a phone call to confirm the pickup time. They came this morning, with a heads up phone call that they were on the way and the two young gentlemen were professional, courteous and picked up the refrigerator, being careful and observant as they wheeled it to their truck. Well done and I would definitely use them again!!

Online booking was very easy - even got a discount for doing it online. Confirmed immediately by e-mail. They called in the morning the day of service to verify service window with me and again (per my request) 30 minutes ahead of arrival so I could meet them. They were very punctual, efficient in their work and professional.

They sent a confirmation email immediately and a follow up reminder the day before the service was scheduled. Patrick called when they were about 30 minutes away. We used them for the second time. I don't remember the first time we used them, but I remembered their name and that we had gotten it from Angie's List. So we called them again. They came out very quickly. The two guys who were working were very professional and very pleasant. They were easy to work with. I had forgotten that there was a big trash can in my basement, and I said can we add this to it and they picked it up, emptied it into the truck. They were really good to work with. They are cheaper than another company. They are just really pleasant guys and you feel comfortable with them.

Very well. Only 1 thing I would have changed if I had realized it while they were here and I think it was because the helper (not the guy in charge) didn't think critically. Let me explain: they were to put all my stuff in an enclosed porch which they did --- however they left no room for me to enter the porch. The boxes were all the way up to the door without even a tiny space to allow me to get in the porch in order to work with the boxes. In order to get in I had to move a lot of boxes myself--which was the reason for hiring them so I didn't have to do that! I plan to use them again - soon however this time I will be sure to look closely at work before they leave.

We didn't have a lot to remove but that didn't matter. Both guys were very polite and professional and were happy to help. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Daniel and Dominic were great! I can't say enough nice things. They came out in the morning. I walked them around to show them what needed to go, Daniel gave me a price and they loaded up all the junk and look it away! Great experience. I will definitely use them again!

Despite the billing misunderstanding ($75 for $100 worth of service), Christin handled the situation expertly, skillfully, and gave great customer service. The price was VERY reasonable compared to the other junk hauling companies, they didn't charge extra for stairs. I would definitely use them again!
