Stand Up Guys Junk Removal

Everything went well - the company representatives showed up on time, called in advance to let me know that they were on their way, and removed the couch very quickly.

Job was done early at higher cost. Was not happy at all that 1 hour job was 15 minutes. Once I contacted Carson, they came back next day and made it right at no additional cost. If I hired again, I would get estimate in writing. Cost was on high side.

Brian and his partner were fabulous!! They called before they arrived, surveyed the site and situation and professionally and quickly removed the items, two heavy large chairs with ottoman, etc. Although they did not think they would be able to find room for all of the items.. but they did This is the second time I used and will do again.

It was great. We got a call ahead of time asking if the team could come early, and we were ready so that worked out perfectly. Rolando and Andy showed up very soon. They were professional and polite and worked quickly. They gave us a great price. They moved everything and were gone in about 15 minutes. We would definitely use them again!

Service was great. Made the appointment on-line; promptly received a followup confirmation via email, got a reminder the day before, and a phone call when they were on their way. Both times they showed up on-time as promised. They were friendly, polite, and very efficient.

Used them at my mother’s home after she died. They did a bigger job. They did a wonderful job. I remember they did a great job. The person that was there then was David Ross or Ross and David, I can’t remember. I’m stretching, I can probably remember but it’s going to take a while. They were first rate.

Scheduling: Was a breeze. I scheduled via messages in Angie's List (although I believe you can do it on their website as well). I had actually been asking for information, and they didn't even make me fill out a form. I asked for the time I was interested in, I got a message confirming it, and I was even able to change it for a more convenient time a few days later, all through messaging them. They were super responsive and incredibly easy to schedule with. Service: Fantastic. I really can't say enough good things about Danny and his partner. They called when they were about 30 min away, as well as when they were about 10 mins out (as I had requested, because I had to corral the dogs). They divided and conquered and did each thing I had asked for - super expediently. I even asked them to go back and clear out just a little bit more yard debris I found under a table I left in my yard, and they were happy to do so. Danny and his partner did a fantastic job in just 20 minutes!!! Price: Really very affordable. I showed them everything I needed and they quoted me on the spot for $160 total. I was able to purchase $100 worth of services for $75 on Angie's List in advance of the appointment (it's a pretty good service for homeowners). That left me with an additional payment of $60 at the end of the visit, and then I added a bit more for gratuity as these guys work really hard, and they deserved something for themselves. Overall: 5 star service. Thank you Danny and the Stand Up Guys!!! I'll be back!

The work was done quickly and they swiped and cleaned the garage very well.

They were scheduled to be here between 10-12 and they arrived around 10:30. It probably took them about 45 minutes tops to remove all of the junk we had. Hard working and very polite young men. Very reasonable. I would hire them again, no question.

On the day I was scheduled between 2-4. I was called by the crew chief close to arrival time that they were running late and would not be there until about 3:30. I was ok with this but the time came and went. Close to 5 pm the crew chief called me saying that they still had a good hours worth of work to do where they were and that the other trucks were all full and that the dump was closed and they were not going to be able to make the appointment. I was advised to call the office in the morning. I was put out by this because I was not put on the schedule first for the following day. I did call the office in the AM and I they did end up working me in.

The entire process from scheduling through the actual move went very smoothly. They were professional, prompt, and gave us a call within the time frame to let us know they were half an hour out. Upon arrival they were professional, got the job done quickly, and were very polite. We would certainly use this company again to move or haul anything we need in the future.

Showed up on time. Were able to move very heavy room divider to truck. Filled truck. This is the third time that we have used them. All times were very good. Were able to negotiate price change as we found and added furniture to remove.

They are very professional & had great personalities. Pricing was reasonable! I will definitely use Stand Up again and will recommend to all my friends! I plan to use them when I move to Nashville!
