Stand Up Guys Junk Removal

They sent me a couple messages stating they would be here on Monday. They did not show up and have not shown up today, Tuesday. 9/24/14: They had a glitch in the message system and did not receive my response, but they showed up today. They were prompt, professional, and I was happy with the work.

The crew was fast and efficient. I highly recommend Stand Up Junk Guys.

They were excellent. There were two young men that came out. They were here on time. They removed the garbage from my stairs and they hauled off junk. They were very professional in and out. They were very pleasant and left a card. I got follow up calls from the owner of the company thanking me for using their service. I believe he might have even sent me a letter thanking me again or offering me a discount. I will use them again.

Arrived on time, defined the items to be hauled away, discussed maximum price (final price was less), swept floor after loading. The two employees worked fast and were polite.tile,

From the time we got the coupon off of Angie's List and called the company everyone at Stand Up Guys made it a simple process to get this scheduled and then eventually come and pick up all our junk/trash from our garage and basement. They called before they came out, giving us enough notice before they arrived and then looked at what we had and gave to us a fair estimate to remove. Along with the coupon we saved some money. There was a misunderstanding in the final price and when I emailed the following day they immediately called and then sent me a check for the difference. We plan to use Stand Up Guys again, we're not done with our "Spring Cleaning." They were professional, courteous and very quick, loading up their truck in a short period of time. I would recommend using this company.

Ross and his assistant were prompt, efficient, courteous, and very professional. I'd definitely recommend them to any neighbor or friend. Their web site is outstanding, and the ability to schedule online is terrific!

They arrived early, but called ahead to let us know. After going over what we needed to have done, they gave us a quote and we felt like it was fair. The carpet removal included moving furniture including a piano, organ, fish tank, chest and large table. They were careful and nothing was damaged. The work was well done and the guys were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

I placed the order 6/28/14. To date, 7/10/14, no one contacted me. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of $75.00.

The contact person Ryan who I spoke with via telephone was very professional and quoted things exactly and advised what would be done and charged. Called on date before time and asked if they could come earlier and they stayed several hours and cleaned up the yard beautifully without being asked, both David and Trevor are hard workers and quickly. If you need anything hauled away this company is the one. I called and spoke to two others, quote was much more, and one came out and the two people that came out to my property where even hesitant in doing the job, it was two large piles of yard debris from cutting tree limbs. The two that came out from the other company even mentioned that they would probably have to throw away their clothes after the job, because some of the tree limbs had been burned, I would think that in this line of work you would get dirty, the companies are for hauling junk right? The two that came out were from Macs Lawn and Hauling and that is all I have to say about that company. But Stand Up Guys Great Company...

I had 2 old toilets to dispose of....I called this company because they were on Angies List. Carson was very professional and helpful and I was able to get the same day service. The toilets were removed within 5 hours.

These guys were excellent! David called ahead of his scheduled arrival time. They wasted no time taking care of business. David was very professional and hard working.

Two men arrived on time, assessed items, and agreed to remove items. They were polite, professional and neat. I would use thier services again.

The provider did not make it clear that the deal only covered a partial truckload. They arrived on time and were fairly courteous. But when they looked at the items that had to be removed they told me it would fill the entire truck. It cost me over $300.00 for a full truckload of junk to be removed. I needed the items removed so I went ahead and paid it but it would've been better had the additional expense been expected. They did remove everything quickly and did some additional cleanup, so aside from the sticker shock, it was a good experience.

I didn't go anywhere because my call regarding services and pricing was never returned.

Nice work. They removed a treadmill and a few other items I wanted to get out of the house. They charge by the amount of space your items take up in their truck. I would use them again.

Cory showed up along with another employee and explained the cost to haul away everything I had. Explained any additional costs associated with disposing of paint products and propane tanks. Both were very professional and courtesy. They even swept up my garage when they were done!

The two young men were very professional and courteous as well as on time. They called to say when they would arrive and they were in and out in a very short time. We will definitely use this company again! Impressed!!
