Spectrum Floors & Design

Description of Work: I recently closed a small condo home, thought to replace carpet with hardwood floors. After 3 estimates were received, I chose Spectrum Floors for the job due to the fact they were the lowest bidder and friend's recommendation. Cristiano, who runs the company, is very friendly, professional and easy to deal with. We quickly set up the time and arranged everything. It took them roughly 4 days to got rid of the old carpet, replaced the old sound baffling layer with cork underlayment and installed Brazilian Koa with stapling down method. The job was done horribly, squeaking and popping sound we're everywhere. With some further communication with Cristiano, his crew punched dozens of dozens of straight face down nails trying to secure some of the floors. It mitigated the problem a little bit and the floors now looks terrible with a lot of "scars". In addition, during the job, his crew started as early as 6:20am and we received several complaints both from the neighbors and HOA.
