To Whom It May Concern: This referral should list as a five star recommendation for anyone seeking a painting contractor and I write it with an enormous amount of joy for it is about a company who has redefined “customer service.” I do not write it to casually flatter an owner or his employees but to emphasize to anyone in search of a painting contractor my total satisfaction with a job very well executed. To give praise where praise is due and to explain some of the reasons for my and my husband’s great pleasure in the results of the job for which we contracted. I first met the owner Brenden Casey, through a company named ARC. ARC is another company whose praises I gladly extol in yet another letter but for now, I will concentrate on the great attributes of Casey Remodeling. In all actuality, I could easily write a small book explaining to what lengths this company went through to ensure that my husband and I were completely satisfied. Suffice it to say, that I NEVER heard a one sigh, complaint, argument, exasperated facial expression or comment regardless of what my husband and I requested. The response was ALWAYS: “We will take care of it” and take care of it they did. They used care in handling our property and replaced anything temporarily moved to its previous position when they completed the job. I was always addressed respectively and nothing was ever tagged “completed” until my husband and I were completely satisfied. Today many services are rendered with minimum attention to detail. Eye contact not often employed and satisfaction just means the service is complete on the part of the contractor and his staff During each conversational exchange with Brenden Casey, he showed warmth, interest, and concern and a clear conveyance that he would stop at nothing to see the job through to completion with a guarantee that we would be satisfied. He is in fact a stellar representation of how any contractor or public representative should conduct business with a customer. Brenden’s friendly greeting and disposition immediately put my husband and me at ease. He never, for one moment, looked disinterested or distracted. In spite of his and his team’s busy schedule, I felt as though our contract was the most important on the schedule. As we closed the deal, I felt as though our business was valued and appreciated. For these and many other reasons, we will continue to use Casey Remodeling for the many other services they offer. This is why I recommend that others consider them for their home improvement needs. This is why, if maintained, Casey Remodeling will out perform many other remodeling contractors. Valuing customers is not passé. It is upon this foundation that every company should be built. There is a paradigm shift in contracting services and it exists in the person of Mr. Brenden Casey. Thanks to him and his capable staff, my faith in this business institution has been restored.

Terry does excellent work. He has a keen eye for detail, and has the ability to overcome the unforeseen challenges that come with remodeling. When he is busy it is hard to get on his schedule, but he is worth the wait.
