Very fast. Cleaned up well

Good people. Hard workers. Very thorough.

They called to give me an estimate appointment. When they called back, I was asked if I could meet with the owner 2 hours earlier, so I agreed, told him what I needed, got an estimate and scheduled the work. Three hours later the work was done, the cleaning was done and they were on the road. A great job in a very timely manner, supervised from start to finish. A definite 5 star review.

I was contacted within an hour of my request. The estimate was fair. A permit was required, which was obtained within three days (unusually quick!) The huge job was done in one day and the yard was left clean and tidy.

Straight-forward, no "sales pitch". Gave me an estimate right away. The team was prompt, efficient, and left everything in great shape. These guys will be my "go-to" every time now.

Could have been better on clean up

The estimate process and settling on a price was easy. The owner Colin came out to look at the job, walked me through options and potential dates to start the job. I needed HOA approval so there was a waiting period before the work could start. My HOA approved on condition that the vendor provide a permit for the job. I told him and he assured me it would take just a few days to get the permit and he would call with the schedule. To this day I have heard nothing else. I called and he picked up. He assured me he was working on it and would call back. I waited a few days then tried his cell, it went to voicemail. On another occassion his mailbox was full. On another occassion it went to voicemail. I called the office and explained the situation and the nice lady said he was in the office and would connect me. Minutes later she came back on and said he was busy and would call me back. To date I have received no phone call, email, text, smoke signal or any kind of communication a decent company would provide. Even if they were no longer interested in the job, the decent thing would have been to take my call, email or text to decline the work. While initially Colin was personable and left me confident of the companys capabilities, my opinion of the company has soured because I never got the service and they handled exiting very unprofessionally. My rating on the quality of work is based on the quotation, permitting and scheduling process. Started of looking promising, and then fizzled out into nothing but disappointment.

Did great work; was quick and cleaned up after completed. Only issue was the crew showed up without the office calling to notify me first. Thankfully I was home that day or it would have been an issue.
