Overall Experience was very good. The work was done on time and very professionally. The price was great.

We had 4 estimates on the job. George was right in line with the others, but was more anxious to give me a better price to beat the competition. The crew arrived on time, worked extremely hard and did an excellent job. They had to move several large peices of furniture and they had the equipment to do it. I asked them to use the water based poly sealer which made the job go faster and the finish is excellent. My floors look amazing! We had a couple of spots to touch up and they were very prompt to come back and make sure everything was perfect.

I would never give them another chance

Great experience working with George, our salesman. Installation was on time, and they even took care of fixing a few spots on the subfloor before putting carpet down (for a nominal additional cost). High quality product, top-notch service. A+ experience.

I had ordered the carpet months ago and asked them to hold for me until I was ready. No problem, no pressure on me for delivery. When I was ready, installation was fast, service was great, workmanship was perfect! I had just had all my walls and trim painted and the guys were so careful...not one scratch anywhere. Thank y'all so much for such a pleasant experience.

OMG! The best way I can describe the transaction is to say, it went soooo smoothly! George came out on a Tuesday and gave me an estimate. He promised to do the job on Thursday and indicated that it may take till Friday to complete. Even though I had another estimate lined up, I had such good vibes about him, that I gave him the job and cancelled the other estimate. (I had gotten an estimate from one the Home Improvement stores a while back that was substantially higher.) The crew was efficient, professional and stayed till the job was completed that same day. That was an added bonus, as I had company coming in on Friday. When I am ready to do the bedrooms, Select Floors will definitely get the job!!!!

I don't plan to do the work until January. I have had 3 companies come out so far. They were good. They didn't pressure me and didn't try to get me to sign on the spot. They emailed me the estimate. They were very professional.

We had gotten several quotes for floors from some providers from Angie's List and some referrals. When the gentleman came for the quote, he spent a significant amount of time on recommendations, although we already knew what we needed and how much we planned to spend. He was very courteous and professional. Once we decided to go with Select Floors, we had to call and make a 50% deposit. The installers came on time and did the work within one day. They cleaned up afterwards and the floors looked great. I'm very happy we chose laminate for our rental property because of the value and great pricing we got. I would definitely choose Select Floors again.

Excellent price, excellent service! Have already ordered entire basement carpeting from Select Floors due to their pricing, quality and service. And the installers were fast, tidy and meticulous. Cecil and Donna were a pleasure doing business with. Couldn't be happier with this company.

Everything was great, they did a good job. The communication was really good, the installers were very good about keeping things cleaned up and cleaning up after they were done. They were very efficient and got the job done in one day.

My experience was excellent. We have had the floors since the beginning of May of 07 and we haven't noticed any problems with the floor that they installed. It still looks beautiful. The product and the price were excellent. The labor was fabulous. They sent a team of four or five guys who worked for about three days. They worked from morning till dark with one brake. I was amazed at how quickly they got it completed and at the job they did. They worked very hard and I could tell that they were very experienced. They do give free estimates, but if you decide to go with them they do requrie a 50 percent deposit. You may have to wait several weeks before they start the work mainly because they do not use subs.

We have used them before and they are always on time. They do good quality work and they make sure that everything is cleaned up well before they leave. I would recommend them to anyone.
