We are a residential cleaning company and maid service serving the metro Atlanta area. For new customers, it is necessary for us to setup an appointment for one of our office staff to come out to your house in order to give the proper pricing and to explain our services, called it "Free Consultation". The first cleaning almost always costs more than the regular cleanings thereafter. Our quotation is based on the condition of your home as well as the size of the house. Each crew consists of 2~4 people. Give us a call or text or leave your request in our website, we'd love to talk to you.

Description of Work: they were completely unprofessional. were not responsive. cancelled a consultation 30 mins before scheduled arrival time & called me back a week later after supposedly "losing number". was referred by a friend

Our system indicates that you called to the office for free consultation, looking for one-time cleaning service at 11:47am on 5/26(TUE). Due to Memorial Holiday(5/25), we couldn't make the consultation till 5/28(THU). Sent the apology text message for delaying at 10:06am on 5/28. Tried to reach your mobile at 5:58pm on 5/29(FRI) but we couldn't. That's all we have regarding the free consultation for you. It might be something different than what you have experienced. Description of Work: We are on a monthly cleaning schedule with Sandi & Family cleaning. We have been using them for over 3 years. They are great to work with, and have been very flexible when we have needed to change the cleaning date. They do a great job cleaning our house, it is so nice to come home after they have cleaning and see the house looking so good and smelling clean. I have recommended them to family and friends.
