This was my second roof with Ron Sadler. My first 15 year roof lasted 25 years and we just got a new fancy one! Ron is the best. He is a gentleman who is honest and still maintains a strong work ethic. A very rare quality. Hire him, you will be so happy. Victoria Miller

My roof was not leaking but It was only a matter of time. So I called around and got about 5 bids, everyone was about the same price. I chose Ron Sadler because he seemed honest and was a little less expensive. His crews seems to have done a good job, no leaks . The house looks great. the job was done in a day. The only thing was the guys did not pick the nails out of the gaps on my deck, they waved the magnet over it and called it good. I picked up may be 1 hand full of nails. Over all they did a good job of cleaning up and I'm happy.

The price was right and the only concerned we had was it took them a bit of time to come out but it was because of the weather. We like everything about it except and we could not really button the side until the job was under way but they were fair. We had a leak in the chimney.

It went well. They stopped the leak. I called on a holiday weekend and he was coming back from vacation when I called. He said he would make sure somebody would come out. They were nice and understanding. They mailed me a bill and they were flexible and understanding with the billing.
Description of Work: I had bad leak in my roof so they fixed it.

We had past experience with them in our neighborhood. A couple of our neighbors had used them and they were really pleased and their prices were very reasonable. We felt like he a good work. He comes back and checks on things. It was great. They do good work. His crews are very well trained. They come in, they do the work and they clean up afterwards. He wasn't the cheapest but he wasn't the highest one either.
Description of Work: We used Sadler Roofing. They replaced the entire roof.

Description of Work: Examined the roof, repaired a few places and gave a projection of future work that will need to be done. This was done with no pressure as to when it should be done (as immediately). Came back to inspected what was thought to be an additional leak, determined rightly that it was a plumbing problem and not an additional roof issue. Did not charge for the recall visit.

Subcontractor showed up without calling ahead, after promising several time they would come fix the problem and not showing up. Only applied a large amount of caulking instead of replacing flashing and shingles. Roof is still leaking at the same location. Called Ron Sadler to share frustration and his last comment was "I am tired with you too !" and hanged up. Our family has been doing business with Ron for the last 15 years, it's very sad we had to end our relationship on that note. Buyers, beware !
Description of Work: Called Sadler Roofing over 6 weeks ago to repair a roof leak above a bedroom. That leak has been a recurring problem since Sadler installed the new roof, they came back at least 3 times to fix that leak (1st time was under warranty).

The customer was unable to meet us when we tried to correct the problem(Actually, went out twice and the homeowner stood us up). We take pride in our customer service, Please Notice we never charged the customer because after many attempts we could not satisfy him.

The roof came with a twenty five year warranty which is nice, and the work that they did is excellent. They had a big crew of about 7 come and they worked from dawn until dusk and finished the entire job the same day. They cleaned up excellent, there was not a single nail. They did outstanding work and are very good at what they do.
Description of Work: I have a regular architectural roof and they came and replaced it all on my 4500 square foot house. They also took off the old roof prior to putting on the new one.

Sadler Roofing Incorporated got this whole job done in one day. They were very efficient and hardworking. I was also happy that they cleaned up so well. Everyone who came was friendly and professional at the same time. They're very good.
Description of Work: They tore off our old roof and installed a new asphalt shingle roof on our large 4 bedroom home. They took the old shingles away. They also installed skylights on the roof.

Saddle roofing did an excellent job for us when they did our roof. They are reasonably priced, professional and keep the job cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely recommend them to others in my community.

Went great!
Description of Work: Sadler repaired a leak in our roof that they had installed about 4 years ago. They had done an excellent job on the original installation having the most reasonable price. They left our yard cleaner that when they had started. When I noticed a small leak I called the Sadler office, left word of the problem, had a prompt call back from the owner, who came out the next morning to inspect. He said he'd have his repair specialist out the following day, which he did. Not only was the leak repaired but the workman also cleaned our entire roof of the huge amount of leaves and debris that had accumulated from the storm 2 days previous.

THE CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED HARD! THE WHOLE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN ONE DAY! EVERYONE WAS POLITE AND COURTEOUS. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE JOB. WE WATCHED THE WHOLE PROCESS AND ARE CONFIDENT THAT EVERY STEP WAS DONE CORRECTLY. ANOTHER CONTRACTOR ON THE JOB WAS SO IMPRESSED HE ASKED IF HE COULD REFER SADLER TO HIS OWN CLIENTS. ANYTIME YOU HAVE WORK DONE ON YOUR HOME, IT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO TURN INTO A NIGHTMARE. WORKING WITH SADLER ROOFING WAS A REAL PLEASURE!
Description of Work: MY ENTIRE ROOF WAS TAKEN OFF, ALL OLD NAILS REMOVED, GAF SHINGLEMATE WAS LAID AND ALL VALLEYS AND BOTH CHIMNEYS FLASHED PROPERLY. COBRA RIDGE VENT WAS ALSO INSTALLED AND NEW BOOTS ON PLUMBING VENTS. WE WENT WITH GAF 50 YEAR SHINGLES. ALL TRASH WAS REMOVED AND TAKEN AWAY.

THEY LEFT A LITTLE BIT OF TAR ON MY DRIVEWAY. OTHER THAN THAT THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I ESPECIALLY LIKED THEIR DETAILED INVOICE AND PERSONAL ATTENTION TO THAT MATTER. IN FACT RON SADLER PERSONALLY TOOK ME TO FIVE PLACES TO PICK OUT THE BEST SHINGLE FOR MY HOME.
