I walked into my living room being flooded by the upstairs toilet which was faulty. My homeowner's insurance referred me to this company, and I received a response within minutes. Chace McKinney and his partner were at my house within 3 hours which is wonderful. They explained the entire process to me. They ripped up my carpet, ceiling, and wall, showed me the damage and took pictures. They placed large centrifugal fans and dehumidifiers in the affected areas and came back every 24 hours to check the humidity levels and overall progress. On day #3, the work was finished and my home was left looking as if they never came. Chace was always prompt and available by phone/text with any questions I had. They billed my insurance company. I'm thankful for this experience. My home does not smell as if there has been any mold from the water damage. I would recommend them to anyone who has this unfortunate issue in the future.

Rytech/J.R & Peter gave us a great deal of comfort in their professional approach during a very emotional & stressful time for us. Although the drying is not finished we have been so impressed with their service we wanted to post a review.
Description of Work: We arrived back from vacation at 11pm to find a pipe had burst over a basement bedroom. Our insurance company put us through to Rytech. We described the situation to the switchboard operator who advised us that a local agent would call within 30 minutes. J.R. called within that time & as the water was now turned off we agreed that it would be better for Rytech to come to us the following morning at 8:30am. J.R & Peter arrived on time & got straight to work assessing the damage & taking water/humidity readings to see how far the water had traveled. Very quickly the carpet, dry wall & a section of laminate floor was removed so the walls & studwork could dry. They visited Saturday & Sunday morning to check on progress & advised that they would not stop the mechanical drying until the meter readings were acceptable. They will be coming back on Monday to check again. The space is drying out very well even though mother nature is not co-operating with such high humidity outside.

They are a local water mitigation service, and they come out if you have a flood or related issue. Their service was excellent.
Description of Work: I had a flood in my house. They came to clean up the property. They dried up the property to mitigate any future mold infestation. They did demolition and disposal work.

Incredible service! Ben was willing to make himself and team available on 1-2 hours notice. We ended up waiting until next morning to let the plumbers assure the problem was resolved. The fans and equipment had to remain in home for a few days but there is no sign of water damage and no lingering smells that exist. Definitely recommend! Thanks Ben!
Description of Work: Clean water damage resulting from a main sewer line backup. The floors were pulled up in bathroom, foyer, hallway, and dining room and removed from the property. Fans, dehumidifiers, and treatment was applied to dry out and remove any smell.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE = A++. I CALLED THE EVENING THE WATER HEATER BURST. HE ARRIVED EARLY THE NEXT MORNING, AS PROMISED. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. WE RECOMMEND RYTECH UNCONDITIONALLY. OUR HOME OWNERS INSURERS, LIBERTY MUTUAL, CONTRACTED AND PAID RYTECH.
Description of Work: OUR ATTIC WATER HEATER BURST AND LEAKED THROUGH 2 FLOORS TO OUR FAMILY ROOM CEILING. THERE WAS ALSO DAMAGE TO THE CARPET & CEILING IN A SPARE BEDROOM AND OUR MASTER BEDROOM CLOSET. BEN SHIPP DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
